Great tips, really nice.. I got a lot of friends I go to the gym with, we encourage eachother by saying “ONE MORE, ONE MORE!” And it helps alot.
The reason why I should win the give away?
Well that’s simple, I’ve never won anything.
Tim // January 8, 2009 at 4:50 pm
Great video. I’m a great candidate for this offer because I’m motivated and driven to achieve this result… I just need to harness the right information and be a part of the forums and surround myself with folks that are as dedicated as I am to achieve my goals!

I’ve always been in the mushy middle of being fit and toned. I want to bridge that gap and get there finally, this year.
This is our year for sure.

1. to have washboard style six pack abs and lose about 15 more pounds of fat.
2. I am getting married in 4 months and want to look my best for that, but also I want to get back to what I used to be like when I played soccer (from about 4 years old until I was 20).
3. Arnel has already helped me to lose about 20 lbs just from his iwantsixpackabs.com videos and I really think with his help I could pound out (pun intended) the last 15 lbs and people could be washing their clothes on the 6 pack washboard abs I will have.

Great video, congratulations.
Reason why i should win the giveaway:
I have to start from scratch, and need motivation a lot. So if i am followed up by friends or your website, i will be forced to continue, en the encouragements will give me confidence to continue.
I am ready for full follow up: regular pictures, … you tell me!

My goal is to get absolutely ripped six pack abs, because I care about how I look and also because I do martial arts, so being in tune with my body is very important to me.
If I become a member of Beyond six pack abs, I will not fail my mission to get ripped.
Great tips in the Vid, thanks to both Arnel and Geovanni.
Tony Navarro // January 8, 2009 at 5:05 pm
Hey Arnel,
Thank you for all your great tips and work outs.
My current Goal is to drop 30 Lbs. I currently wiegh 195Lbs, I will turn 43 this year in July, Why is this important, Well I want to feel more energetic, have more confidence and truly balance my body, mind and soul and be in the best shape of my life and it all happens this year 2009. What makes me the best candidate: Well I know I have great discipline, I am consistent and determined when I set my mind to achieving any Goal I set, furthermore I push harder when I know I’am accountable to first myself and then my support group. Whether I am selected as a candidate or not I now I will be better of then when I started, so in advance I thank you and look forward to my six pack abs for 2009.
Best Regards Always
Tony Navarro

Some interesting ideas there and as I work out alone its great to to make some contacts out there for further encouragement, although I am highly motivated.
My goal is to get a six pack and to bulk up a little more by Easter 2009. Its important to me because I am 40 this year, over the Easter weekend, and am having a big party. I want to look, feel and be the fittest I’ve ever been for that party. I’ve found the Six Pack Abs website very helpful in kick starting my programme and think the access to Beyond Six Pack Abs would help me achieve this goal.
Ken Gilmore // January 8, 2009 at 5:07 pm
My goal is to not only lose 20-25 lbs., but to become a healthy representative to others as well as my family. It is not the weight as much as a healthy lifestyle change that I am looking for and know that this is a marathon and not just a diet sprint.
This is important to me because at age 42, I want to get into the best shape of my life so I can enjoy my 2 children now and in the future. I have high blood pressure and history of heart disease with father and uncle both having heart attacks in the early 40s. I don’t want anything to happen to my young children (10 and 7) if I was not around.
I think that I would be a great role model for others that are in the same position that I am in, but doubt that they can do this without failure.
I am a person that loves to share experiences and explain what I believe works for me and would be able to suggest alternatives for those that may not have the physical strength they used to in their 20s. I used to be a health “nut” and work out 4-5 times a week when I was younger, but job and fatherhood changed my routines. I believe that I represent a large audience and would be an inspiration to others. If I can do it, anyone can. I woek in an office and sit at my desk all day since I am in the technology biz. I work long hours then come home and eat and drink my workday away. I have to change this NOW.
I am 5′6″, 185 lbs currently. I would like to get to 160-165lbs and have a six pack by the end of August.
J-Dog // January 8, 2009 at 5:08 pm
Great Videos as are them all,
1.My Goal is to be able to look in the mirror and see a change.
2.Most important to me is when im working out i feel better/Stronger and helps with my football.
3. Im the perfect Person because i live in the UK where its always cold and i have a Gym in my garage where ive spend over £1500 on which i haven’t even use. Being in this group might be the only thing to get me in that garage and pump some iron.
Sean Carroll // January 8, 2009 at 5:09 pm
My names sean, My goal is partly to see my abs (i have never seen them before) but to satisfy my hunger for that dream body i have always wanted.
Im fairly ‘built’ for my age but have a fair amount of excess fat and i would give just about anything to see my body at its finest.
All my life ive been the big chubby kid, Ive done well to lower down my size from what it was by playing football/soccer alot but thats never going to satisfy my hunger or goals.
Im the perfect candidate for Beyond Six Pack Abs because i like to talk to people just like me, Who constantly want to improve thereself.
I am a subscriber to Arnels newsletter and have seen the amazing results people get with his amazing programs/workouts.
Besides the fact an Beyond Six Pack Abs membership is a consistant cost which is a bit much for me at my age, I cant actually buy things online yet as im to young to do so in my country.
Thanks for reading my comment,
Sean Carroll.
P.s. Thanks for the three tips
!

Hey Arnel,
Awesome videos and you are very inspiring for someone to achieving a six pack:)
It’s 2009 and I’m ready to go!!!
My goal is to reach six pack abs by the middle of the year, but not only leave it at six pack abs I want to totally transform my entire body.
I think I am the perfect candidate because I truly believe in motivation and the power of desire, both of which you can bring me. It’s a new year and with that brings a new me in a different body! Your body is a direct impression that gives off energy onto other people from the minute you meet them. I want to hold my body to a higher standard and achieve my 2009 goal!!! I WILL be a member of the “Famous Transformations” by the middle of 2009 here on six pack abs!!!
Raj // January 8, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Hi, i am raj and my goal is to have six pack abs this year. It is my new years resolution for 2009. I have already joined the gym for this, and find it very enjoying as i get the chance to push my self to the furthest limit possible. This is really important to me as i am only 17 and really want six pack abs and be ripped as this will boost my self confidence up as well as making my body feel better and be healthyer.
Being part of beyondsixpackabs will give me the chance to do this, as i will get tips, see videos, and at the same time get the chance to talk to people who also are as desperate as me. thanks, bye for now.
Gene // January 8, 2009 at 5:12 pm
For months I’ve been searching for a website or some good advice to help me in reaching my goal – better looking abbs and to be in the best shape of my life. I’ve searched youtube and googled till I was falling asleep. lol. I’ve tried workout programs from school coaches, friends, and online guys that talked like they knew stuff. I followed their advice so far no results. It is extremely tough to find a good community of people who can actually encourage you, and not bring you down.
And recently I’ve discovered these great training videos on youtube by iwantsixpackabs and Beyond Six Pack Abs. And man! this stuff is way different from the stuff I was doing! It really gave me a workout. It really inspires me!
And I believe that with a membership to Beyond Six Pack Abs, a good community and professional advice – I can finally unlock the “pot of gold” and reach my goal! To be in the best shape of my life.

Gebre // January 8, 2009 at 5:12 pm
im a 17 year old kid who hes only dream in life is to get fit, and ive trined all my life, but unfortunate for me my fatburning is very slow.
its important to me becuse i want to be confident, and right now with this body im locked in is not makin me happy. i want to be that guy tha can go on the beach with my friends and not being starred at by others, i want to be the one everybody looks up to. i want to be proud of myself and have more confidence with the ladies.
why me? because ive alway dreamt of this all my life, and im a very serious boy, and i know how hard it can be, but im ready, please Arnel let this be the year of my life, 2009 new year, new oppertunities, give me that oppertunity…
JP // January 8, 2009 at 5:14 pm
Hey everyone, I want them because I miss the old me, fit and thin the really sports man… and now with this belly button coming out I want to stick it to my abs but the real problem I have is called motivation.. I can’t find any kind of source of motivation and hopefully this will motivate me to find myself with the old me, the one that I like.
Let the game begin!

Hi Im 19 years old and about most of my life ive been Heavy, to put it nicely. Recently though my brother also a heavy guy was concerned saying that he wants to go to the gym and work out a bit.
I’ve always been the more active one but hearing this from him surprised me. It showed me that he wanted to change and if he did then i should follow him in his struggle and efforts.
Why should i win the give away?
because i think that THIS website would help me and my brother to get a better looking body and a healthier body. Six pack abs seems to be the one aligned with our goals of how we want to be . and i think that once we start the training we wont stop until we’ve reached our six pack abs. THAT would be amazing.
Thanks for your consideration

Hey arnel, i really like the tips.
ive been eating healthy doing ur other workouts from iwant6packabs.com and following the weekly schedule.
i am in week 3 at the moment and i am working hard.
the main reason i want to win is because i love soccer and i have the skill also as my coach says but im not fit enough.
my dad is usually disappointed as i do good in studies and other things but he wants me to excel in sports so in order to be as fit as the other boys in school who have packs i need to get these workouts so i can make my dad proud.
Thank you arnel.
Ryan // January 8, 2009 at 5:15 pm
Goal = Super Strong Core for Mountain Bike Racing (WisconsinOffRoadSeries 2009!)
Importance = A strong core is essential to any active sport and especially mountain biking where you need to constantly balance the bike while riding through very rough terrain.
Perfect Candidate = I think I am a great candidate because I was 35lb overweight with stage 2 hypertension> through diet and exercise I have lost the 35lbs and through Arnel’s six pack abs I have that six pack…. however, I need to shred the fat and work the abs even harder so that they can be “seen” much better… but at the end of the day I am looking for “functional” fitness and not “visual” fitness.

I would love to win this Giveaway because I have recently lost about 23 pounds, but because of a move I haven’t been able to find a gym that offers all the classes that I used to loose the weight. Also, I’m in school so I don’t have any time to even take classes. I want to continue on my goals and getting (and maintaining) a six pack is the last thing on the list. I eat well and workout but I WANT MORE. Thanks for all your tips and videos!!!
Paul // January 8, 2009 at 5:22 pm
I have a great set of six pack abs, and am very lean and muscular although I’m not very bulky. Because of this, others at the gym are motivated by my appearance, and there are some that I work with towards their fat loss goals.
I am therefore always searching for new materials which I can use to help them.
I think this is a good reason to win a free work-out giveaway.

Cyndie // January 8, 2009 at 5:36 pm
First off thank you for doing what you do its great! I love your videos. I feel I would be great for this offer to achieve a goal I have not yet seemed to be successful at. I have seen the before and after results of your program and I ask myself, “Why cant I achieve that?” Its amazing! I have been loyal to working out for 3 years now and the one area I have trouble is my abs. I figure hey maybe I should just take the easy way out and have surgery to get a flat stomach, but whats to learn from that. Being a woman at age 40 after 3 kids you start to just say hey maybe its just what it is deal with it. I dont want to believe that, and I want to push and do what it takes to get my abs flat regardless of the pain. I believe I can do it and having help like yours is a great start for me. If I could have that extra push to get me there I think it could be possible to change it. Im tired of covering up my mid section. In order for me to train others, I have to get myself there first or Im no good in helping other women like me who struggle with there ab area. For me its about a lifestyle change and instead of giving up I want to continue to do what it takes to get there. Thank you.
Sincerly Cyndie
Fred // January 8, 2009 at 5:37 pm

I have done body building for years, but I need to change up my formula as I am now getting older. I think I am the perfect candidate for this.

I started arnel’s workouts last january when i was weighing in at 273 pounds and looking for w a way to get back into shape that didnt involve embarassing myself in a gym. 1 year later i am now down to 195 pounds and looking for that edge to finally shed the rest of my belly fat and show off some 6 pack abs, not just for me but for everyone who told me that it was impossible for me to make the change and get into shape and i would love nothing more than to prove them all utterly wrong
brett harvey // January 8, 2009 at 5:58 pm
Hi, great video had some good tips but there is just something you forgot to mention when you tain your abdomidal area. when training abs, (for example doing a crunch) there are three things you should concentrate on they are, flex, suck and sqeeze. you may know that your suppost flex your abs when doing any exercise but you also have to suck and squeeze. what i mean by that, abs like any muscles grow and get stronger when you train them, but if you dont do these three things the internal muscles that support the abdominal wall become weak and you end up with ugly hulk hogan abs(bulging out) instead of flat beach body abs, well i’ll start with suck: what i mean by this is behind your abs you have a system of muscles that support your oragans and abdominal wall. To work this out is rather really simple when doing any exercise or even sitting watching t.v just try to suck your belly button through your spine, this simple action strengthens that muscle(this is more for your upper abs). Last thing you have to concentrate on, is the squeeze. when i say squeeze what i really mean is “Kegel”,thats the reall name for the exercise, any woman who is reading this and has given birth knows what im talking about, but for those of you that dont, it rather pretty simple, if you have ever stopped peeing during mid pee the muscle you used to do that is the same muscle you flex to do a kegel, just pretend your cutting off a pee. So remember those three things; flex(flex your abs when you get to the top of you exercise) suck( try to suck your belly buttton through your spine) squeeze( do a kegel) do all three of these simultaniosly while doing your normal ab workout and i guarantee you will have a flat sexy beach body abs

for the past three years ive been following different workout plans, spent money on different gym memberships and protein weight and muscle gaining shakes. my goal is to increase my size and muscle while staying toned and obviously to get my 6 pack abs.the top 4 are prominent but the last two are not.
i think that if i were given 3 years membership i would be able to chat with motivated people who have achienved results. however i am not willing to pay for membership as everything else i have joined or bought has not given me my wanted results. so im asking for the free three years in hope that you can prove me wrong, that there actually is something out there that can help!!

i really enjoy all you do for everyone you are just like all of us but you are there to help to give tips and to show us how to do it.. I would love to win because i feel you could really help me I started at the gym just this past May I too need to surround myself by motivation and people who know what they’re doing but for some reason something I’m doing just isnt right I exercise 5-6 times a week 30-45 mins a day and even though I have noticed some muscle definintion I have only lost 10 lbs I really need to lose at least 50 lbs to acheive my ideal weight I also started the clean eating diet 2 months ago I’m 40 and I really want to be in great shape and you are an inspiration your body is in such great shape, and I feel that you and your site could help me to finally acheive my goal that has been over 14 years overdue. Well, I discovered Arnel few months ago when I was in search for plan for my excercise. Since June, 02 of 2008 until I found Arnel’s website I lost 45 lb just running and doing some unorganized machine workouts. On the 06/02/2008 I was diagnosed prediabetic (222 lb) and for last 7 years before that I was taking pills for high blood pressure and cholesterol. Today I am not taking any pills anymore, my doctor will show my case as great success of determination. I am on my 3 week ( out of 16), still have about 16-18lb to go for my 6 packs and with Arnel it looks very achievable. I think that I extended my life for long period and life completely different that I had before and that makes me at lease good candidate .Thanks Arnel and all of you guys working with him. I am already member of beyondsixpack.com. I got to go now. It is interval day!!

#2. It is very Important coz this will in turn influence other people to do the same thru my own example so that i could build a healthy family or community.
#3. i should get it for free coz i am damn lazy working out and i need to be motivated by the site and i need info in a lot of things…

Great tips i respect your work. My goal is to achieve six pack, I m training in the gym for about 1 year and Ive lost lot of fat, but suddenly i stop with the progress. Watching your videos, joining your forum and following some of your workouts made me a believer that i can do it. This is important to me because i want to prove that i can achieve six pack and to silence the others that say it cannot be done, because all is in the genes. So joining with the other six pack members ill have lots of motivation and share experience so i can achieve my goal and help others so they can achieve theirs. I am the best candidate because I m decisive to get six pack and I m not a quitter. I know it will be hard but I will succeed .

so far my body is fit except for the abdomen you allow me to become a member and i’ll show how abdomen changed (thats for sure)

I am 30 years old and the proud father of two beautiful children ages 1 and 4. My wife and kids are the most important thing in my life. I have never been athletic although fitness has always been important to me. I am about 6 fout 3 inches and have recently grown to have about a size 33 or 34 waist.
Since moving to Bolivia three years ago I have been able to afford a nicer gym and even a little time with a personal trainer. Since last January when my son was born our life was turned upside down for many reasons and it has been a great challenge to continue any kind of fitness program. I enrolled in a local gym today and didn´t really have a plan but I just walked in and started with some exercises I was already familiar with. I have usually been able to keep weight off fairly well but it has always been a challenge for me to see any dramatic results such as muscle growth or tone.
I used to be a lot more vain when I was younger thinking fitness was all about looking good for other people. Now that I am 3o and since my metabolism has slowed in the past two years I have learned to accept I am not going to look the guys in Men´s Health or even on this website. My goal is simply to acheive the best state of health that my body is capable of for the sake of health and longevity so that I can be a good father and husband. In addition I am looking for help in adding to the healthy habits I have already created.
In short, I need some motivation, advice, and a sense of community as was mentioned on the video. Hope to hear from you Arnel. Thanks!
Pat // January 8, 2009 at 6:34 pm
Thanks for the great tips in the video.
My goal is that on May 1st I will turn 50 years old. I have 4 boys at home and I want to set the bar for them to look like I will look at 50. I’m going to take my photos with my shirt off and give each one of them a copy with the challenge to do the same. My oldest son is already following in my footsteps, but I want him to stay on track and know that age has nothing to do with fitness.
The other reason I feel I would be a perfect candidate is that when I achieve something I always feel the obligation to help others along who have like-minded goals. It is not enough for me to achieve my goals. I also have to help others achieve theirs.
Thanks again for all your help!

Hey i’ve been watching and doing arnel’s video’s for about a year and enjoy them alot. i’m 37 so results come slower than years past
1 my goal is to get in the best shape i can
2 my reason is that i want to be an influence on my son to take care of himself & im in the military and being in the best shape possible is important to perform my job and represent the country.
3 being in the military & married with 3 kid my time is limited and beyond six pack abs have great workouts in a short amount of time plus any motivation is a plus which can be recieved in the forum.

I am 59 years old. I was 175 pounds with 36 inches of waist and 22% of fat. Now I am 156 punds, 32 inches of wist and 12.5% fat. I can show my six abs. I am enjoying a great sexual condition. However, there are some places of my abs to be developed. I will be 60 in six weeks and I consider having a perfect six pack will be the gratest birthday gift. I have done it, but I still can do it better.

I wont make this long winded, first of all thanks for the tips!
My goal is to help my friends and family lead a healthier lifestyle through using the right information.
it is important to me because throughout the last year or so i have helped one of my close friends put on around half a stone of muscle, another friend lose 4 inches in about 6 months of his stomach. And now helping to other close friends to.
I am NOT the perfect candidate to be fair as I am only 18, and live in the UK. Along with this i have acheived most of my personal body goals.
Though i would love to have this membership to help my friends and family, I have been using arnels exercises and diet plans for a while now and referred a few people to him though for them they think it is a commitment that they dont want!
Thanks and good luck to everybody on their goals! =]

Hi
I’m Jimmy and for the last few months I’ve been reading around the net trying to find the perfect body transformation product for my particular body type. This has proven to be particularly hard considering that in my entire life (25 years) I have never thought about working out or eating right. I was never skinny but never chubby either. However lately I have managed to build up a considerable amount of fat around my waist. I’ve never been able to see my six pack but this didnt bother me at all. Now that I have the fat I want to get rid of it. So I started going to the gym but honestly i don’t even know if I am doing things right. Never the less i am very determined to find the right tools to get to my six pack abs and overall hard healthy body. I have my goals on my screen I do all the needed mind setting activities. The time is now to get my hand on the best tools that will allow me to achieve my goals. From what I’ve read in the last few months it seems that the Beyond Six Pack Abs membership is that tool. I am convinced that with it I will be able to see a nice six pack by May this year. And I am going to show it off in July when I go to the sea side
Ricky // January 8, 2009 at 7:06 pm
Im 16 years old man and im skinny .I would really like to get this year my 6 pack cause im tired of working out for such a long time trying to get them with no results. I wish this year I can finally get them and stopped being called names cause of the way I look.

I am a 21 years old male, and I am sick of being the skinny kid. It’s time to pack on some muscle and get some attention.
I’m sure that with the help of Beyond Six Pack Abs and my drive to obtain a better body, I will be able to achieve my goal.
I am a hard working individual. I thrive on doing my best and accomplishing my goals, and with the right people and information I will be one step close to doing so.
Please help me to achieve my goal of going Beyond Six Pack Abs.

My resolution for the new year is to attain physical fitness beyond just having a six pack. I have learned over the years that total physical fitness also opens doors for mental fitness, spiritual fitness, a sense of rejuvenation and renewed purpose.
The health benefits from being physically fit are far reaching and I consider myself a qualified recipient of this fantastic reward because I am focused, determined, and willing to learn the way to health eutopia.
Thank you for your consideration.

My goal is to trim down to 210 lds (currently 230 lbs) but I only want to lose fat poundage and score some awesome six pack abs like I have been seeing on Arnel’s site.
It is important to me because I have been striving to acheive this goal for a few years now but have come up short using conventional techniques. Eventhough I am very healthy and energetic compared with my peers (56 year old professional who spends a good deal of time behind a desk. I have found it very diffiucult to lose fat & look impressive since I reached the age of 40. I have just discovered this program & I am very excited about applying these cutting edge methods and finally acheiving my goal.
I am the perfect candidate because Arnel has convinced me that with with a membership I can finally cheive my goal and if I a 56 year old man can pull it off that will open the door for many other men and women to join and it would demonstrate hands down that any member under 40 will benefit from the program.

My goal is, like everyone else, to get six pack abs. There are many reasons for this, for one it looks really nice. Secondly I have been chubby all my life and I have been trying to get rid of fat since i was 12 but nothing really worked. I’m 18 now and I really think that I can benefit a lot from this program as well as motivating others. I’m in college now and just in the first semester I have encouraged a bunch of guys to go with me to the gym, just like how I motivated my room mates and dorm mates I am sure that I would motivate people on this forum as well. That is why I think I am the perfect candidate to win this giveaway. Thank a lot! Hope to talk to you on the forum.

So after viewing the video I believe I need to answer some questions;
1) What is my goal?
My goal is to loose weight. Before life hit (children, 2 surgeries and college), I was in the best shape of my life. Now, 70 lbs later, I feel the effects of not exercising and letting myself go. I’m looking to slim down and tone up. Doing this for myself, my 2 kids and my new girlfriend. Besides, I’m only 21! I need to live to 70 minimum!
2) Achieving my goal is very important because I want to live to see my children grow up. There is a history of diabetes and heart disease and I know a contributing factor is weight and nutrition. I also want to finally get the body I’ve always wanted. Plus my girlfriend wants to see me do everything that I used to do before and is encouraging this as well.
3) What makes me a perfect candidate?
Well I served with the Armed Forces (Canadian) and I know that if I set my mind towards something that I will achieve it. I’ve got the motivation, I’ve got the gym (signed up to my local gym just yesterday Jan.7), and I have a purpose. I believe that I would benefit greatly from this program as I have seen/read the results from others and I want to get myself to the same level.
MS // January 8, 2009 at 7:40 pm
i look at people and i see it works on em. i try it on myself with my heart into it and i dont see the results. LOL …cant afford a coach…i am determined to have the 6 pack this year.
HubFromPoland // January 8, 2009 at 7:43 pm
I used to workout in the gym since 4 years. Now im 21Yo. I always had a problem with the motivation and consequnce till I found Arnel’s website. I’m motivated like never before, i wake up early morning and start thinkin “he can do it I can do it, it’s not impossible… keep moving forward”. After finished 4rd week of his IWSPA i can see changes which I’ve not seen for 4years!! I feel I’m changing, I feel my life’s changing ant its all thanks to people like Arnel or those one who make sites like BeyondSixPAckAbs its really great! I will do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. I wanna really thank you all cause you even don’t realise how much you changed my life! It’ll be grat if I can have free giveavay
it’ll motivate me twice!!
Amanda // January 8, 2009 at 7:43 pm
Hey!
My goal is to improve my fitness level and attain that six pack abs.
This is extremely important to me because I want to become a personal trainer in the near future and want to motivate people to achieve their goals and live happier, healthier lives. I need to be updated on new trends and exercise tips and be very fit myself before I take this position. I have to push myself to the limit and I totally need help!
I think everyone would be a good candiate and deserves this or else we wouldn’t be typing away, but I think I would be a good candiate because I love working out and eating healthy, I don’t really know lots of challenging work outs and I don’t know if the information I read is accurate and correct. Sometimes things can be missleading and that really confuses me. I would love to become a member of Beyond Six Pack Abs!!!
We need to see some females transfermations on here too!
Thanks for your time and consideration.

Sorry for the testament, got excited writing.
My goal: Getting 6 pack abs and all cut around the body, specially the back.
Why: For most time in my life ive been the fat, lazy and uninterested type of guy, then I started to care about myself since in my family a LOT of people have cancer, diabetes, high pressure… just to mention a few. A lot of people challenged me telling me I was fat and there was NO WAY I A FAT PERSON could get slim and cut, and having a six pack means dedication and patience. Last but NOT least I really like being able to excel in sports and give the extra mile in games and having people battle for having me on their team.
What makes me the perfect candidate?: In my whole life it’s been day after another on the pc playing games and doing nothing, complaining about being fat and doing NOTHING ABOUT IT! I am a perfect example of willpower, since i started running for just 10 minutes and now can last as long an I want. Lastly a friend of mine who’s going to enter the army was denied entrance for failing the physical test, he asked me for help and even thought im no qualified trainer I feel really happy, because he is building muscle and transforming into the nemesis of fat.

1) What is you goal: I want to get the lean ripped body I had when I was in high school playing football.
2) Why is it important to you: I will be turning 40 at the end of this month and I want to be as fit as I can be. Also I am an actor and I don’t want to be this fat blob on the screen.
3) What makes you the perfect candidate to be a member of beyond six pack abs: I am an ex-athlete. I have the drive and competitve spirit to succeed in attaining my goal.

First off my goal is to et six pack abs for reasons such as to be proud of my body , to have a huge sense of accomplishment , to be an inspiration to others just like me.
Six pack abs would be very important to me because i have been working out so long with wrong information that i havent achieved my goals yet i have been training as hard as a bull , and when i do get six pack abs i know i will be worth it and that my hard work wasnt wasted , and so i can be a inspiration to like minded people .
And the reason i would be a perfect candidate for Beyond six apck abs is because i believe i just need that little bit more information to get to know i am on the right track , as i have mentioned before i have been working out for a while now but not recieved the body i worked so hard for because of wrong information and things like that , so with some more information i know i will work my butt off and truly have the body of my dreams . And if you could help me do that Arnel just by giving me acces to BSPABS that would mean the world to me
Thanks alot for all ur vids arnel they help

1) What is your goal: Is to be in the best shape of my life at 50. (I’m 47 now 190-5′10″) hey it can happen! I also want to be an example to young and old by staying and shape you can enjoy kid games will into your wonder years. Also to my wife who is type 1 diabetic- to show and encourage healthy body means working hard and eating the right foods to minimize effects of disease
2) Why is it important to you: My activity and competition level, I play adult baseball, golf and love anything to do with the outdoors. (oldest on the team but still can compete with them youngsters) By staying healthy and strong I see myself playing ball for a few more years at the competitive level, then maybe just maybe I might start playing softball. hehe
3) What makes you the perfect candidate to be a member of beyond six pack abs: A great attitude! And making it a choice and not taking chance I feel that will determine my success. I have never be able to achieve the six pack abs, plus my competitiveness and drive makes me a perfect candidate to obtain my goals. why am I the perfect candidate?? for one thing, i’m not scared to do anything. I’ve been on a swim team, cross country team, and track team for the past 4 years and have never been able to take the next step. My goal this year is to have six pack abs, the only problem is, I don’t know the fundamental workout techniques involved. I’ve watched almost all of arnold’s videos, but due to school and work I’ve never been able to keep things constant. I would feel like the luckiest person on the planet to have six pack abs because that would not only let me do better in all of my sports, but in daily life things would be easier. I am determined to do anything, change my schedule and activities to make this possible. I will work my but off and be dead at the end of each day to finish the workouts. You’re my key to making the next step, with this offer, I can finally reach my goal of achieving six pack abs

As a health enthusiast, I want to dedicate my life to helping people achieve their health and wellness needs. Whats holding me back? My credentials. I don’t have a six pack to back up my growing knowledge of health, nutrition, and fitness. How can I help others if I don’t have abs to back me up. Health, nutrition and fitness are not only my passion but a lifestyle and the only puzzle piece missing in my life is a six pack. Not only will this membership help me on my quest for a six pack, but it will help me expand my knowledge on fitness and health in order to better serve others.

My Goal – Gain the body I have always wanted, and become healthy for my future.
Why is it important? – My health determines how I live for the rest of my life, and being healthy makes me happy.
What makes me a perfect member? just as everyone else on this comment list, I take advantage of opportunities handed to me, and this could be a big one.
Thanks Arnel.

Arnel, what can i say… I have been a member for the best part of twelve months. Earlier last year I embarked on the sixpack program and by the end of May I had shed 23 pounds, revealed a pin sharp set of abs that others would die for. Then just as I embarked on the ‘gain 20lbs of muscle in 16 weeks ‘ plan with my son, I was diagnosed with Kidney cancer and my world fell apart.
It’s been a long, long road back Arnel, but I’ve kept my eye on your training routines and now I am just about ready to get back to training, but from square one, once again. I have been there and tasted what it was like to have the awesome body (and I’m 46 yrs of age!) and there’s no denying by summer it WILL be back, such is my dedication to achievement. I have motivated so many people to get on the Sixpack rollercoaster and coming back from this illness there will be soooo many more.
Keep up the good work and sing the message loud and clear.
Thanks alot for your help.

My goal is to achieve a level of physical fitness that is practical and sustainable in the longrun, it’s not just about getting results but keeping them. Seem like you’ve got the fundamentals figured out.
Why: I’m not married nor do I have kids and am already experiencing complications limiting my range of physical activities ( I quit college soccer). I dread to think that I will not be able to engage in activities with my children one day or be able to enjoy my family the way I would like to.
What: I have the discipline, drive and determination, just need the mentorship and support. Surrounding myself with like minded individuals should do the trick.

Ok, so I am thinking of moving to the Philippines to become sort of a missionary. Bringing homes to the homeless etc. and I want to be a good role model as well. As I am sure most are aware guys in the Philippines go without shirts quite often because it is so hot there. I just really want to show them that not all Americans are lazy and fat like the stereotype. I have already lost about 25-30 lbs. by combining Wu Yi tea with the iwantsixpackabs.com workout (only in my 4th week right now), and I am sure there is a lot more info that I’m missing out on in the paid members area, because I don’t feel the burn anymore or sweat when just using the unpaid site. Oh, and of course if they ask me where did I get so ripped, I’d refer them to Arnel’s Beyond Six Pack Abs. Thanks for reading.

Hey
I would be the best candidate of being a member.
I’ve listened to Arnel for over 4 months now and I’ve gained some muscle and lost alot of weight. I started out at 210 in October 08, and I’ve lost 35 pounds since. I am now 165 because of the fact that that I followed a strict eating program to lose weight. His free website provided me much but I need so much guidance in order to get to my goal. I’ve lost the weight but now its time to gain the muscle. Select me and I will guarantee my determination will not let me fall short of my goal! Thank you.

My goal is to have a good muscled and healthy body because i’ve been always a bigger person than the others and people were laughing at me because of that they were calling me ‘the big wale’, ‘the sumo wrestler’ and others thinks like that. And now i’m doing lots of sports and excercices to try to get a muscled and healty body. My dream is to become a bodybuilder or a model, i’m doing everything what i can to do this right and good as possible( doing good excercices and eat healty).
Christian // January 8, 2009 at 9:25 pm
My goal is to have the body I have always wanted but never knew where to start, I want to look good and feel better about myself.
It is important to me because I know that when someone looks good they feel good, I lack a lot of self-esteem and confidence and I think getting a good body will help boost up my confidence and it will help me do better in life. It is true that with more confidence people can get that job because they were confident in their interview and it works with a lot of things and that is what I strive for. I also started on the site because I also want become more healthy and it has helped a lot.
I don’t know if I am the perfect candidate because there are so many others who want the same thing I want, who want to be fit who want to be healthy, but I think I am a candidate for this site. I think Beyond Six Pack Abs will help me in reaching my goal, I have seen and read so many success stories and seen the drastic changes and I want to become another person who has drastically changed their appearance for the better, I want to be healthy and feel good about myself.

3. i understand that most people that go to beyond six pack abs.com want to lose weight, but i want to show people that going to beyond six pack abs.com can get shaggy people like me the six pack abs they desire by gaining healty weight in muscle.

My goal is to become more healthy and active.
Because I want to be able to play with my cousins(i’m the oldest. about 15 years older than all of them) and to join my friends in activities like wall-climbing.
I would be the perfect candidate because I would follow your every word and I would be very active online with the other members.
Gustavo // January 8, 2009 at 10:11 pm
I have no higher purposes and my reason is plain simple: you convinced me that anyone (including me) can have a six pack. So lets see if works.
Cheers Arnel!
Zee // January 8, 2009 at 10:26 pm
Hi Arnel, I hope you and you Fiance are doing great. When is the big day?. Getting ripped like you is my this year resolution and i am working hard on it. I think your plan is absolutely genius. I would consider my self very lucky this year if i win this and i want this and if get a chance i am confident that i will go through with this. Hope to hear from you

my goal: To have visable abdominal muscles, and build muscles to help me in ju-jitsu
because: To help me in ju-jitsu to have strength, and also so that i have a good body to take my shirt off on holiday in summer.
what makes me a perfect candidate: I will stick to whatever i put my mind to, i always try my hardest, and would like to be able to like my body more.
JOHN DEAKIN // January 8, 2009 at 10:29 pm
Hi every1,
my goal is to get a good six pack and generally toe up and be ripped. I currently way 11stone and altho this isnt alot considerin im 19 i would still like to loose more of my body fat and generally be more leaner like i was when i was younger, i used to do a lot of Marshal Arts and have been using the gym for about 2/3 years and have seen noticable gains im looking for more, but need new routine and because of this i seemed to loose motivation in sticking to it so im not as fit as i once was, and with a better body more self confident you become which is why its inportant to me.
I belive that i would be the perfect candidate because i want to learn new techniques and better diet rashimes i would also be a good example to show that it is possible with the right help and guidence to get into shape without it havin to cost people the earth that way then people can relate which makes it within everybodys reach by showing them to Arnel’s Beyond Six Pack Abs
Thanks for looking at my comment

I have been watching all your videos and reading you emails for awhile. They have been a great help!
I think I would be a perfect candidate because…
I have been lightly, I mean very lightly, working out for about 9 months now I got a workout bench this last summer and started to do more over the summer to train for soccer. I was able to keep an okay workout plan for the first few weeks, but it started to fall apart. Then I saw one of your videos with a simple workout. I started to do it and keep changing it up, but I haven’t been able to keep a steady plan. With beyondsixpackabs I’m sure I would be able to keep a good plan and be consistently motivated to working out. The whole reason why I want/need to work out is mostly for soccer. I found out soccer was one of the best things in the world several years ago. I have always been extremely motivated to become better. I am able to keep a good running workout plan (I love being outside and a treadmill w/ music or movie is always fun) and can run a mile in under six minuets. However, I feel that I could be 10x better, faster, stronger if I could find the right personal coach, program, I even started to get some books. They are somewhat helpful, but I don’t get to excited about reading. I think beyondsixpackabs is perfect for me. I’m getting close to going to college and I’m going to start contacting coaches when I find the right place(s). It would be my dream to continue playing soccer through college and possibly even continue. But if not I will always want to stay in shape. I think beyondsixpackabs will give me the results I have been trying to get. If I could improve my strength and speed, it wouldn’t just help me, but also my team. I also think beyondsixpackabs will keep me motivated for these next few years and convince me to stay faithful too it. The results I’ve seen and heard about are the ones I’ve been wanting. A fit body would defiantly help and also motivate me to strive even harder to reach my goal. That being exceeding in soccer as far as I physically can. I have an okay speed for soccer and an okay strength, but I believe with this I could get perfect results that would improve my physical part of my game. I also want to set a good “role-model” for the younger players. To be able to help them grow stronger as well and be able to give them that goal I found several years ago.

I’m fifteen and have been researching how to lose weight in a healthy way and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The reason that I have been researching this particular subject is because many of my friends and I are overweight and we’re hoping to change that this year. Our New Year’s resolution was to eat better and to do a lot of new exercises; we have done a great job so far. So, Arnel, if you want to pick me please do so because my friends and I could really use it. Thanks for all of the youtube videos you post, they really help!
Osvaldo Santana // January 8, 2009 at 10:56 pm
1st of all great tips. Thank you.
Why I should be pick?…. I’m a person that loves breaking the wall down, my goal for this year is getting best shape phiscally and mentaly.
I would be the best canidate because I don’t think their is someone in this world that enjoys working out more than me. I’m allways searching the best way to get in shape and stay fit, but I have never been able to get those ripped abs that I have allways want.
ACE // January 8, 2009 at 11:14 pm
My goal is not only to get six pack abs, but to satisfy the ardent hunger inside of me that craves fitness. The feeling that i get when i workout is amazing and special. I constantly talk about working out and i love working out because it pushes me to achieve and break my goals.
Its important to me because i want to prove all the people that doubt i can achieve my goals. People don’t understand why i workout because they don’t see immediate results. They look at me and don’t see the “muscular” guy that they see everywhere else and they ask me why i don’t stop. They don’t understandthat working out and improving my body is something that takes time, discipline, and knowledge. This is an amazing offer that would help me achieve my goal and help me show people that i can do it.
I believe there are other people who deserve this as well, but I believe i am the perfect candidate for this oppurtunity becasue i understand the process and time it takes to build the perfect body. I don’t believe that any supplements or pro-performance drugs are needed to build an ideal body, but rather discipline and good guidance are the number one factors in achieving that goal. I believe that being surrounded by the understanding people of Beyond Six Pack abs, as well as Arnel, will further help me achieve my goal and understand everything there is to know about building six pack abs.
Thank you

Hey Arnel,
I respect and admire your work and what you do for everyone you are a true leader amongst the fitness society.
I’m fifteen and I play ice hockey, soccer, and basketball. I’ve always only had abs only when I flex. Otherwise I am a bit flabby. I’m tired of being this way. I always am exercising and finding times to workout like afterschool and between other sports. This year, with or without this free giveaway I swear my new year’s resolution is to have ripped six-pack abs, and more stamina to play sports with.

Hi. I know that most of the guys here are more eligible to have this prize ticket to a greater body, I just wanna share my thoughts.
I’ve been a part of Arnel’s mailing list since 05 May 2008. Since then, I designated a folder for him and moved all of his emails there from that day up to this day. I watched the videos and read the articles but never really had the inspiration to start maybe because of my environment, resulting in doing the complete opposite of the 3-tips to getting six-pack abs by Geovanni.
Now, in 2009, I WANT CHANGE. The lives of the people around me are important to me. In order for me to show that importance, I need to be a role model and touch their lives by giving the best example ever. I am now 28, and I started smoking since 18. I told myself that starting 01 January 2009, I will quit that very bad habit, and I’m successful. I feel lighter and much healthier without the cigarette smoke inside my body. Now, I want to complement that with the right program to suit my new lifestyle… I currently live in Japan and would want to prove to myself that even if I’m far from you guys, I can still make a difference and touch the lives of the people around me. I don’t know if I am even a good candidate for this, but one thing is for sure, I know that IT’S NEVER TOO LATE FOR CHANGE.
More power!

I personally like this tips because not everybody explains how to get a six pack that easy. Well my goal is to become a better person, through exercise and commitment. Im working my way in college, currently im a dancer(all kinds of dancing) also im learning to parkour, therefore i need to be in better shape than ever before. although i have been an athlete during high school, i still havent achieve my maximum potetial, and i think beyond six pack would help me to achieve that. Also, i know most people want to have a six pack or be fit just to look “sexy”, well this isn’t my case, as i mention before Im trying to get fit in order to have a better performance in all aspects of my life, because getting fit requires disipline, hard work and a champion’s mind, and i posses those qualities that along with beyond six pack would lead me to a better person phisically and mentally.

Nice video.
Well, my goal is to loose weight and have a better looking body and to show all my friend back home, not to mention my parents, that i can loose weight and have a killer bod. They always looked at me like i would never be slimmer, let alone have six pack abs, great pecs, and everything else. it would be nice to go back home for a bit and watch everyone i know do a double-take. just the feeling alone would be rewarding. That is why i think i would be the perfect candidate.

I want six pack abs in order to boost my spirit and well being. I would be achieving something monumentally important to me that would make me a happier, more fit, and more confident person. Those qualities would radiate to everyone around me and be a cause for change. Having a fit mid-section is a test of disipline that not all can acheive but everyone can work toward at any age. The feeling of accomplishment would be the only higher reward than your new ripped abs. Plus, staying healthy and being able to show off to the ladies doesnt hurt:)
Omar Trevino // January 9, 2009 at 12:08 am
Hi Arnel, first I want to thank you! thank you! for your websites, videos and information on how to be truly fit.
1) My Goal: Although my goal is to lost over 30 lbs , get lean, cut and strong…My ultimate goal is to change the lives of my friends and family around me. I have 5 children, my oldest is 13. He is an athlete and I want to inspire him to take care of his body. I have friend who are overweight and struggle, I have family who are getting sick and their lives are slowing down because of their lack of fitness. I want to inspire them.
I believe I can inspire them because on May 6, 2007 I was in an accident and suffered a serious brain injury. I am still recovering from it but I am finally able to get enough strength to actually exercise and not get sick too much. I gained so much weight and lost so much strength since the accident. I have to start getting my life back together in a healthy way.
2) It’s important to me because I have alot at stake. I am a husband and father. Its bad enough my family sees a different husband and dad mentally, emotionally, etc. But to have them seem deteriorate physically is not going to do them any good. I have done research and its proven that those who suffer from brain injuries and start exercise in any capacity, the healing process enhances. I want to be alive for my family and not only that, I want to live a healthy, energetic, inspirational lives for them and others.
3) What makes me the perfect candidate for the 3 year membership? For one, I will take full advantage of it, not just to help myself but for others in the membership as well. Second, after I inspire others, I will introduce them to Beyond Six Pack Abs and help them get on their way to changing their lives by urging them to sign-up. Third, once my transformation is complete, I am going to start a new website, share my story, share my journal and implore others just like me to follow in my steps to a new healthy life.
Thank you for the opportunity Arnel! God Bless you and keep you!

My Goal: To in my mind achieve a great body.
This is important to me because: I have been told for a long time now that there are people that just simply cannot over rule genes, and that because of my blood line I will never achieve the shape I desire.
I would be the perfect candidate: due to the fact that I am 18 years old and I am a senior in Highschool. There are many available women out there, I am young, and I don’t make money because I am taking night school classes so I do not have time for a job. I would like to have these tips, because there are not many around me that can walk me through this and hold my hand. I would appreciate this opportunity in many ways. I have already learned alot from you Arnel, and I wish to learn more. I see this as an opportunity to make 2009 the year. And if I did win this offer, you can bet your life I wouldn’t waste it. I would be a huge participant on the website. Thankyou for all you have done.

Just finished a rough treatment of chemotherapy (all better now) but with all the drugs and steroids I’ve been on, I fell victim to developing a big mushy belly. I have just started losing all the extra weight I gained and have begun a routine in the gym. However theres still that extra bit needed to motivate me further, so maybe being surrounded by people of like-minds may help.

I am a very fat assed man and can’t even walk normally. When I’m in good mood, I can run for up to 10meters per hour fast.
I really need help! I am from Nigeria and we are very poor. Me and my family usually fish for rich men who is willing to give us their money and doesn’t give a damn. We just loved them because they give it for free.
I really want to be a bad assed six pack abbed bud so that I can sell my exercise videos and advices too. That way I don’t have to scam anyone anymore.
Please give me reason to love you too!
Lots of love,

My Goal: To take advantage of your workouts in achieving great sculpted washboard freak abs.
My desire for a strong sexy core is not only to look and feel great about myself; but having abs to me is alot than a workout. Its a way of life for me.
I want to manage and monitor my diet and my excersie.
I want be a good example to others and to motivate them in a healthy lifestyle.
I want to reach for my goals.
To me, this is very important because in the video above on the first tip is to surround myself with like-minded people, but i want like-minded people to surround me.
What makes me a perfect candidate: Is because i am goal thirsty. I have this burning desire of achieving a great body.
Since when i was eleven years, i start working out,am addicted to exercise, all i think about is abs.
All i want to do breathe and sweat, pump myself in your workout to gain a perfect body,to have a a stable state of mind and confidence boost.
Now i am 24 years and i still workout and run marathons.
I want to be an example to others, i want to motivate and encourge others about your program; especially my family and friends becasue they are ones close to me.
I want to promote your program to a new level and i wanna look good in the process also.
To me there are to types are men: losers and men with abs. I choose not to be a loser. That is why i would be a perfect candidate for your program.
God Bless
and thank you for everything.

My goal in this new year is to get six pack abs, get muscle packed on, and to help others get six pack abs. If I get a 3 year access to this site, not only will you be helping me feel good, enjoy my life more, and make me a more confident and fit person, but I will learn from your site and help others when you are busy or just simply lazy for a day. I will use the 3 year access to my full advantage and it would be an honor to win this competition. Also, not only have you inspired me to get more fit, but I also want to learn from your site, so in the future I can be a certified personal trainer.
Good luck guys, and thank you Arnel for all your videos and help.

My goal:
My goal is like everyone in this blog. I too want to see a six-pack abs when I look in the mirror, but that is not the only reason. All my life I have been overweight. During high school, I was 5’9” and 250lbs. I really want this opportunity not to look great in the mirror but to be able to be alive and be able to see myself in the mirror one more time. Now, I drop around 25lbs. I wish I could be in a healthy range but I need lots of motivation and “healthy guardian angles” like you Arnel.
Why I am perfect for this:
As I mention, I am doing this more for my health than for going to the beach and taking my shirt off (don’t get me wrong, I would love to be able to do so) but this is one of my major goals, be healthy. Please Arnel, help me be healthy and why not, see a six-pack of abs that I have never in my life have seen.

Hey. I’m a wrestler for my school, and one thing you always need in a match is abdominal strength. I’d been working on my abs for a long time without much success – that is, until I subscribed. I’ve lost 10 lbs of weight and I’ve got a 6-pack!
However, one thing you might want to mention to your viewers is eating a healthier diet. Complex Carbs at breakfast, a balanced lunch, and a full dinner. Laying off the sugary snacks and fast food. Be sure to drink at least 10 cups of water every day to stay fully hydrated, and run 1-2 miles a day to burn fat much more quickly. Also, stay away from Caffiene. It takes up Oxygen, which slows you down and makes you tire much more quickly. Which as a wrestler, is really, REALLY bad, lol.
Anyway, here’s to rock-hard abs and millions of fangirls all screaming my name (I wish, lol)

I was pretty chubby when i was in middle school, my dad said i could not get abs, by the time high school hit, i have a 2 pack, i am only 14 years old almost 15, my goal is to get a 6 pack and show my family and dad, that you do not need genetics i work out every day. This is VERY important to me, because ive been trying since i was eleven. workin very hard, ive gotten very far i can bench press 135 pounds, and only weigh 131, i am a boxer and kick boxer and having a nice 6 pack would improve my self esteem. and to mainly prove my step dad anything can be done with the right, diet, exercise, and determination. Thanks ~~ Colton

Basicly right now I feel like a loser, and I need help and advice, Developing a keg right now, and my 9 year old said “dad I dont want you to have a heart attack thats why I teese you” I love sport like surfing, cycling, touch footy but lately have let all go, and have lost self confidance, and I believe in all my heart that your programme is the help I need. – Sludge
Ryan // January 9, 2009 at 4:58 am
My name is ryan, and i am in high school. two years ago, my nickname was “fat ass.” That name bruised my confidence and forced a weak outlook on myself. I was fat, and i knew it. I finally decided to do something about it. In 5 months of eating better and working out, i lost 35 pounds while still growing taller. I now have an average body and i am looking to finish the job. I weigh 160 lbs, and i only need to lose a few more, but i am finding it hard to continue with a schedule. I want six pack abs very very badly so that my confidence will finally be built up enough to ask a girl out. I’ve never considered myself attractive enough for a girl to like me. I want to fight through the finale push to six pack abs, and I believe that Arnel can lead me there.
Diego // January 9, 2009 at 5:06 am
I can stop eating bad food, i can start a strict exercise routine i can do all that. the only problem is and im serious i cant stop drinking things like beer, vodka whtkey and more> pliz let me know how bad does this affect me and if u can pliz send me an e-mail if is not much to ask.
Matt // January 9, 2009 at 5:14 am
Well, ever since probably the 3rd grade I have always been on the larger side, I’ve lived out the tough times of middle school and high school being a not so attractive person, Now it’s my Senior Year of High school, and I want to be able to say I looked good for my high school year, Ask a girl to Senior Ball with confidence, I think with this I can achieve that goal.

Great Video, immensely informative. Well, simply my goal is a 6-pack. This is important to me because many people do not think it is possible for me, and I know that it is. I was born with on leg shorter than the other making it impossible to walk without support; thus, making cardio a pain.
Nonetheless, I went to a University and got a gym membership, and now I can bench well over my weight. I also made swimming my best friend.
However, a 6-pack has always been a dream, and now it is my goal. I believe I have the determination and will for it. I have already made it so that all my roommates are gym goers, and I am on a 5 day workout regiment with a 2 day rest period where I switch up the exercises every 3 weeks.
I believe that Beyond 6 Pack Abs is the right thing for me to reach my goal. I believe to get what you want, you have to want it 90% and the remainder is one’s effort. I believe I have 100% of this formula, and Beyond 6 Pack Abs will help with the 10%.
Beyond 6-Pack Abs will be my aid in proving to everyone that 6-Pack Abs are possible for everyone, irrespective of any hindrances.

My goal is to achieve a good looking body, I have been working out for a while but still need to lose a little body fat. It is really important for me to have something really challenging and complicated be achieved by my effort, concentration and help from others. I might not be an entirely perfect candidate but I do have the potential and have read and done all to succeed over my abs

My goal is to get the six pack abs that I thought would not be possible until I discovered your website. It is really important to me because I would like to be a male model one day while I still have time. I believe I am the right candidate because it was this time last year I was weighing in at 146kg, after coming across your free videos on youtube. I followed your training videos and in 9mths of hard work and sacrifice I now weight 109kgs. Now I just need to finish what I started and having the best shaped body of my life would complete the puzzle. Thank you Arnel and your colleagues for your endless giving and sharing your knowledge.

Hi Arnel, Thanks for this opportunity. I was once a fit young toned guy, but a change in career and starting a young family saw me slip on the fitness part of my life. I work in the medical field so I think it is important to be a fine example in the community. I would also like to be able bodied for my children as they grow up and be able to get out and about with them and do the activities that I used to enjoy doing. I think these couple of points alone make me a good candidate for this wonderful prize. Thankyou for your time, Mark
Šnajcek // January 9, 2009 at 10:41 am
Hi! Well, this is really impressive!
I would love (of course) to win this, because I’ve been searching for years to get some plan that would REALLY help me to get in shape. I also do martial arts so it’s the second reason why I want it. The main thing is: to be healthy so that I could do more things in life and in improving others lives (I help in a hospital).
So..in conclusion, it would be really great, but I don’t want to claim that I must win….maybe someone needs it more, so I just wanted to give it a shot!

After seeing so many entries to the competitions i doubt my chances of winning, however, i would like to take this opportunity to thank Arnel for his great workouts.
Thanks, Yousef

thanks alot for this amazing tips, they are a great help…
my goal is to have a fit body, not just being able to do a certain number of certain routine, i want to have 8 abs not just the 6 of them,
sometimes i feel my life depends on them, being fit is being alive, being fit makes me feel happier, more active and motivated, and be able to help other people be happier with their bodies and life, not for making money but to help making someone’s life happier..
what makes me the perfect candidate to be a member is that i do not present my self but i present that idea of helping other for the sake of helping the same as Mr. Arnel is doing…online there are millions of information about abs but
what really makes different is this ideas and information that Mr. Arnel provides, almost the prefect combination for being fit and being alive which worth alot but not every one has that alot to pay to be able to learn….
again thanks alot Mr. Arnel of your great help making my life and more others happier and healthier…

Im not to concerned with the prize.. it would be nice but my price is loesing weight.
I train but not as much as i should i just need some motervation. ever since i was 13 i started puting on weight im not sure if it was my mothers death or i just didnt watch what i was eating. All of my friends are skinny but they eat almost three times as much as me and they dont train witch this frustrates me but it makes me want to train more.
i would like to loes at least 20-30lbs would be nice and with this plan i would like it to happen for me not because i need it but because i want it.
The main thing i need for this workout to work for me is motivation i dont get it from my friends so i have to get it from myself if i want something i have to grab it for my self im 17 and its not easy balancing with school and work but im determined to get my goal.

Goal: To be strong and healthy with a solid/stable core, physically balanced while continuing to add to my proper diet education. Body specific: Lose weight around lower back, balance left lat that is an inch and half smaller than right, strengthen back in its entirety, expand width of chest and define the pectoralis major and minor (minor needs to bulk up for split), increase size of hams/quads drastically (for better physique, power, & fat fighting), and strengthen glutes for the Mrs! Plus your biggest challenge would be to help me achieve awesome guns… I soooo want to have muscular arms after going 39 years of life with skinny arms. COME ON, Let’s do this!!! Plus you get bonus points if you can go Beyond 6 PACK ABS! or are you all talk?
Why: I currently have Ulcerative Colitis which makes diet a nightmare as this is directly related to intolerances in the body. Saying that, I’ve become a health eating machine to include no alcohol! That’s determination. The fitter you get the more this helps with UC, not only physically, but stronger mentally. With two girls and wife, it just adds to the reason why. I love the gym and working out, though sometimes it just feels like I’m going in circles. It would be great to have more direction then book after book, and article after article.
What makes me the perfect candidate? I’m so close but it’s all that mentioned above. My determination has helped me lose over 30lbs, but I haven’t found anything that has been able to replace that last 20lbs with muscle. Losing weight is easy, gaining quality muscle and being able to properly shape it is another. Additionally, my work out partner thanks we both can’t change because of our genetics!!! I want to prove him WRONG! So are YOU up the challenge???
Oscar // January 9, 2009 at 2:46 pm
I really thankful for the opportunity and the courage you give people to keep working out, you know some people are just weak minded and they give up because they go to the gym for one week and they spect to see dramatic results and if they dont see then they simple give up. getting fit getting that six pack abbs is a prosess what you have done is show us how to get there, guide us they way to it. Thank you man. im glad thank to you i change my life i change the way i look i drop 20 pound in 16 weeks. i been following you for about 5 months now and you have the best work outs.
Why im the best contestant to win this is simple because im dedicated to achieve my goals and i want to make the best out of this opportunity.

Two years ago, I was in the best shape of my life, with some pretty ripped abs. I can honestly look back and say it was the happiest time of my life as well. People would even approach me and asked me what my secret was to being so fit. Now, unfortunately, I am probably the most miserable I have ever been, and it is due to the fact that I am not even close to looking like I did before (I managed to gain 15 lbs!!). I don’t want to go out anymore, I can’t wear what I want to wear, I even quit rock climbing because I lost all confidence. To be able to get my old body back would give me my life back as well!!

Reason why i should win?I haven’t been lucky enough to win anything. Would be great if i could win this, because i have the perseverance and the determination to achieve my goals! Honestly i didn’t exercised much (not at all) for 16 years of my life and ended up like that lol now i am 18 look at how much i have changed (35kg lost bro) soo yeaaa perseverance and the determination and the spirit and the motivation i have it all!!!

GOAL: In a literal way it is to just get muscle but you must know that when i was a kid(6-10 years old) i used to walk everywhere with my mom(im 15 now by the way) school, work, parks…But my mom got a promotion at work and struggled to get a small car, i no longer walked anywhere the only thing i did was sit & eat, i got nearly obese as a kid so far by far ive seen on tv muscular & ripped people thinking they where born that way & imagineing myself as one of them thinking it was impossible, i carried on thinking the same then i discovered you could change your body at will and hard work…so my goal would be to make it up to myself so i can forgive me for being such an idiot & step by step see if troughout this i can help my mom also get in shape (i live with my mom only my dad lives in England, me in Venezuela) and to see if i can ragain that lost bond with her and this just might help.
Its important to me cuz its a chance to become what i thought was only tv material and in my mind finnaly believe that if i work hard ill get rewarded with the end of a dream & the begining of a reality.
I could be thought like the most suitable candidate to the membership cuz im not gonna say ill do every program and thing you put on it, im just going to get to the goal doing not by promises, excuses when i miss, and also that i finally understanded the reason i quited, i never really thougtht it was possible i just thinked it was a game so i fell of the nutrition wagon, skipped excersices, and did whatever it took to find an excuse to bail, but now i see its just a big heavy door that needs more effort to open. No more “last bad meal days” just a change, i learned it now ill change around this learning process and if i dont change i didnt learn i just heard.
Thanks for everything Arnel, also the guy who did the voice on this video thanks.

goal : being FIT… fit enough to walk into the age of 50 feeling like a 30year old
why is it imp : as i said i wanna b fit, n the epitome of fitness is a 6 pack!
y perfect candidate : how many doctors do u know who have a ripped 6pack n the perfectly sculpted body? i wanna break away… b the dr who not jus talks about health but can actually b a role model fr health. i’v been exercisin free hand since 7th grade, started gymin after college. then med school happened n time became a serious factor.
But i still kept workin out, whatever possible, n still work out.

perfect candidate:i have 16 and 100 kg…..i need some help from you……….y now you are the best and you have the best site ever give me a set of exercises which burn fat to lose ”the ring fat”.
john // January 9, 2009 at 7:23 pm
I’ve always been curious about working out programs but never really got into any of them apart from some basic warm up and warm down exercises. I’ve always preferred the fun of sports instead of work out exercises, but since I work full time at different hours of the day I don’t get the chance of doing much apart from swimming and going out cycling about.
What catches more my attention is the dietary approach to combine fitness and overall muscle health rather than getting ripped. There are loads of working out exercises out there that tell you what to do, but if there is something interesting about your programs that would be the tips and guides.
Seen many before, but never followed any of them. One of the goals for this year is to look a bit better after myself, and if you don’t apply a program you are more slightly to end up bored, or doing extra work. It’s more about maximizing your efforts by following a work out program. The basics are out there and are very easy to follow. The rest would be very welcome if you are giving away stuff that can really make a difference.
Keep up the good work.

About 5 years ago I lost about 30 lbs. and was the thinnest I’ve been since I was in my 20’s (I’m now in my 40’s, by the way). Since then I gradually gained more weight and inherited the “spare tire”, mostly due to beer. Sometime in December I made the resolution to stop fooling around with dreams of losing the weight, and to make the goal real. As of New Year’s Eve, I have completely given up the beer, sweets, etc and am eating only healthy foods. People offer you all kinds of junk, but when you’re as stubborn as I am, saying no becomes easy. So I’m going to reach my goal, AND I want to see some ripples where I lose the belly fat. That’s my goal (no longer a dream only). With Beyond Six Pack Abs, I will achieve that goal much quicker and without a lot of expensive weight training equipment (that’s the part I like).
Of course, let’s not forget to mention just how much better I feel when I’m not carrying around the extra weight, and the new muscle will help me to continually burn calories, keeping my metabolism up where I need it (my metabolism is generally pretty slow, so I gain weight by LOOKING at food).
I would really appreciate being a member of Beyond 6 pack abs, because I know that just because someone turns 30 or 40 or 50, it doesn’t mean it all over. That’s BS, and I will prove it to myself, with the help of excellent programs like yours.
By the way, thanks so much for your newsletters, and the most needed encouragement I get from them.

my goal is to look my very best for my girlfriend. when i was younger i was fat and the time i went into high school i grew so i streached out. i started to realize that if i keep doing what im doing im going to be fat again so i made myself a goal to get thiner, stronger, and toned. when i meet my girlfriend i have now i realized she deserves the very best. i noticed other guys were better than me and that if i dont do anything about it, i was afraid that she would find someone better (im kinda of a jealous person..). i play football which really helps with my strength and endurance so if i get choosen you know ill be able to stick to it and commit to the work out. my girlfriend means the world to me she is the only girlfriend that has ever made me as happy as i am. i want to be something she can show off to her friends (she loves to brag) i want to be that sexy man every girl wants and im determind to give it to her.

Great Tips. My goal is to have strong and good looking abs so i could maintain a healthy and strong body. around the house yard work, at work, rock climbing without having to strain myself.
I am a good candidate for this drawing is because i always wanted to be a part of beyondsixpackabs being that i have been always reciving messages from arnel about all sorts of stuff and i always see that in the message you have to go to beyondsixpackabs to view it. ( insufficient funds)
спасибо. (Thank you)
Arnel should bring his boot camp to Washington

What’s up? Am I the only girl here?
Any way, my goal is to get six-pack abs. (I want to be toned!)
My goal is important to me because I think that it will help me be a better soccer player and runner. Also, my goal is important because I want to look nice and be fit. Rather than that, I want to show my family, mainly my mom, that I can do what I set my mind to and that she can get in shape too.
In a way, I am a good candidate for beyond six-pack abs because I am a girl, and when I get my six-pack, it will show that your routine works for women as well as men.

I think that I would be the best person for the giveaway because I have been a fat kid my whole childhood. I’ve been working very hard to keep the weight off and it takes me a lot of energy to not eat as much as I would. I think that the giveaway will definietely give me another chance at a better life and helpme with my sugar and cholestral levels.
Brian // January 10, 2009 at 6:30 am
My goal is to reach a point of self comfort and confidence. I want to reach this goal so that my overall esteem, and moral will be at a level that makes my daily life better. Along with the obvious health reasons behind getting in shape.
My family is rather overweight and has a history of cancers and heart disease, so I understand the importance of being healthy. When I was a freshman in high school, 14 years old, I was roughly 5′7″ and weighed 250 lbs. I had about 28% body fat and was miserable. When I graduated as a senior I was up to about 6′2 ans 190 lbs. Now I have finished playing organized sports and have let myself go a little more. I have tried diet and exercise but I can never seem to stay on track. This time I mean business. I need to achieve this goal so that I can prove to myself that I can do what I set my mind to, and anyone can achieve anything with hard work.

Thanks for the help so far.
I would like to win this competition because i am hugely dedicated to bodybuilding. I started taking it serious about a year ago and researched nutrition and all diffeternt types of weight training.
I get up at half 7 every morning so i can start preparing my meals for the day and when im in the gym i give it everything i have, like i can just about walk back to the changing rooms when im done im that tired.
I have noticed big changes all over my body except my stomach where no matter how hard i train it i get no results, it is so frustrating. The two guys i live with have great six packs and i just feel like nothing when i stand beside them with my top off.
Thats why i would love to win!

Miguel // January 10, 2009 at 1:24 pm
Hey, so corrently im doing the I want six pack abs workout because my goal is to get not only the six pack but also the rest of the body in shape, that’s one of my goals. Other Goals are to be more confident in my self in the way that I can be more relaxed, less stressed and actualy be able to have a good night rest. I think It would be good to have the 3 year subscriptons and like that I would be more self motivated to know that for wining I can grab more information that for being the choosen one I have the obligation to show that I can and that I deserved to win, and also cause it would be pretty awsome. Aslo if I won I would learn new things new diet plans to help be more healthy and I would pass that info that friends so that they just like I will have, they can get the abs they want or the body they want, or even just be more healthier ,because that’s the most important thing of all to be healthy.

Nazir // January 10, 2009 at 2:22 pm
Hi Arnel,
Nazir here. I think i’m motivated just to get fit and get the body that I have always dream of. But that aside, I stuck for life with a meniscus tear on my left knee. My specialist said it cant be repaired and the only way to prevent the bones from crushing each other is to exercise and strengthen my legs. This is I have to maintain my bodyweight to an acceptable level so that my knees are not subjected to such a heavy load.
I have been exercising regularly dropping from 28% BF to 24 % BF in 12 weeks. Now in this new year of 2009, I am training to drop from 24% to 18% in the next 12 weeks. So if I could be your member, I know I could easily reach this target. Currently I’m following Vince’s Six Pack Quest, tweaking here and there to shock my body… and I have been controlling my diet too. Now is to see what I can cut down in my diet to further improve the fat loss…

My goal is to lose a significant amount of weight, I use to be healthy when i was 19, i could run miles and not break a sweat, i weighed 180lbs. I had confidence within myself, I didn’t have a killer body or anything to brag about, but I was healthy. 5 years later, I have 2 kids, was married and divorced and let myself go, a lot. I’ve gained 80lbs. have an unhleathy lifestyle, and I lost that confidence I had. I want it back and more. I want to be able to look down and and see ripped abs, instead of one flubby one. My 4 year old deaughter one day saw me changing my shirt saw my bely, and said “daddy, you got a big big tummy!” My goal is to shed all that excess weight I’ve put on, and lose some more. It’s important to me because I want to be healthy again, live longer, I want my kids to grow up and see that their dad isn’t fat, but strong, confident, healthy, and has 6 pack abs. I feel I would be the ideal candidate to show everyone that even an overweight guy like me can have that transformation.

Jerome // January 11, 2009 at 8:51 am
I have a 3-part goal: The first and most important part is for me to believe in myself. It’s important to me because without faith and self-confidence, I’ll hold myself back from all the great things I’m capable of doing. The second goal is to lose weight. I’m 6′0″-6′2″ and weight 245 lbs. I would like to get down to at least 210. I feel that it would be a healthy weight for my height. And the third one is to gain definition which was a long time goal of mine. I think I would be the best six-pack abs candidate because I’m a man who’s struggled with bodybuilding for the longest time. I was really skinny back in high school and wanted to be bodybuilder buffed. So I would take supplements and workout until I killed myself. When I wasn’t getting what I want, I got depressed and ended up gaining body fat. So now I’m determined, I know what I want and I know now to take things slow. I’m also a very busy person and I learned that there are workouts for busy people like me. I learned through experience that this will always be a learning experience. This video inspired me and I’m going to look at it often to keep my head in the game and not give up.
saleh // January 11, 2009 at 10:28 am
my goals are beyond having six pack abs…yes it would be excellent to have a bulging hard mid-section but what i really want is immune health…i wanna live longer and feel better and more confident about my self, i want to be able to face life with confidence and to always feel good about my self and my health.
this is important to me because my great grandfather and my grandfather both suffered 2 heart attacks and had their lives ended because of these heart attacks, also my father had 2 heart attacks in the past and i guess im super lucky to not have lost him because of a heart attack but i dont want to talk to soon. i dont want to die from a heart attack…i dont want to have my life ended because if thick layers of fat glogging up my arteries….i wanna die a happy old man in my sleep and not a young obese man who dies with a slice og greasy pizza in his hand!!! i think i am a perfect candidate for many reasons…i live in bahrain which is a country next to saudi arabia…there is ZERO awareness towards health and obesity…its very difficult to get any help regarding health issues and what not…also i cant get access to 3/4 the things that arnel uses because there are little gyms here and i dont feel comfortable in a gym and also because i cant order some of the stuff from the internet because most of them dont ship thier products online. so its 99 % impossible to acheive my goals without the help of people like you…please consider my case very carefully…
sincerly,
Saleh

Hi!
I really like Sixpackabs, and I hope you continue help people to reach their goals by giving helpful tips.
My goal is to stay in shape, I have been in some accidents which has left me with a wiplash injury, dislocated collarbone and some muscle damage. The sixpackabs program has helped me to completely change the way I work out at the gym, now I can work out without any pain thanks to the variation of the exercises. I haven´t got the complete sixpack yet, but soon
I don´t know if I deserve to get a give-away but I just want to thank you for helping me stay in shape. Before and after pictures coming soon
Dave // January 12, 2009 at 4:08 am
My main goal is something small, you know just get TOTALLY ripped.
I have that certain confidence in myself, which would be even better without my man boobs.
16 weeks of dedication is something I’m willing to put myself up for.
I’d want to be able to go to the beach without trying to hide my body with a super-large towel over my shoulders.
I’m the largest out of my group of friends and would definately rather be on par with everyone else, and then some. They’re lucky they don’t have to do much with their lightning fast metabolisms.
Cause thats totally fair.

I love everything about fitness!!! I’ve always been a health nut and have always tried to keep in shape. The only problem I’ve ever had is building a mid-section! It sucks!! Since I was 14, I’ve done it all, sit-ups, crunches, bought countless ab machines, and so much more but I’ve yet to be able to build those abs!!! I’ve spent countless hours doing everything for my abs but to no avail! I’m 21 now, and lately I’ve been thinking about lipo to get the job done but if I do it, it feels like I lost, you know? I don’t want to feel like that! I’m a winner and not a quitter so if I win the free access to the website, I’ll have the essential tools in order to finally build my abs but more importantly, have some hope, not to mention more confidence
!!!!
Greg // January 12, 2009 at 4:16 am
My goal is to have six pack abs, but more importantly, my goal is to follow through on a personal goal I set for myself. In late 2007, I set for myself a two phase goal. Phase one was to lose 100 pounds , and Phase two was to motivate others to do the same. I have accomplished Phase one, but I am not comfortable enough to follow through Phase two until my body looks the way I want it to look.
Why is it important to me? I want to be able to take my shirt off and show others what can be done if you set your mind to do it. Sure the people in my life can tell I have gotten smaller, but I want to show them by being able to take my shirt off. I can’t do that now because my body is not defined the way it should be and I just can’t seem to find a program that does that.
I know I am a perfect candidate because I have the discipline and the determination to achieve anything I set my mind to do.
Leo your Kabayan // January 12, 2009 at 4:22 am
Firstly, I want to thank you Arnel for doing a great service to other people. I am inspired by what you are doing and want to help other people as well. I believe with the right information and application of this information to myself will be great tool for inspiring other people as well.
But there is the question of affordability. Where I’m from and you know where I’m talking about, having food on top of the table is the main priority, joining a gym or let alone surfing the net and join a subscription is last of their priority.
I’m one of the lucky few that can get my hands on the internet and try the freebie workouts that is in your website. I just hope that I win this free subscription as with the right information I can help other people too.
Robert // January 12, 2009 at 4:24 am
My Goal is to be not just be fit, but to feel secure about myself, and for the first time in my life, be happy to look myself in the mirror.
Its important to me because of my health, i am 20 years old and Ive been overweight since a very young age, and i want to be healthy and change my life around while im still young.
I CAN be the perfect candidate because if I put my mind to something, I carry it out until the very end, and i will not rest until i have six pack abs and become a healthy person, not just another fat one.
Cory // January 12, 2009 at 4:27 am
My desire to win is a combo of multiple reasons.
For one, I have less than a year to become a machine if I am to succeed in getting my dream job (Air Force pilot selection is very competitive).
Also I have been scrawney my whole life, for some reason I never did sports or anything and now that I am active, I dont have all the resources I need to be successful, and not much money to buy it either (students are poor).
and lastly I have the dedication, hands down, to put the resouces found on the website to good use! AND I WILL!
-Thank you!

My sole motivation is that of a broken heart. Having been turned down simply because someone will take an interest in me as a sweet guy, and then the next thing i know someone more in tone and better shape comes along and catches their eye and I am alone again. Finally i have someone who stuck around and making myself as good as i could for him and perhaps we both could train together would make me happy

Hi,
great video guys.
I would love to win the prize, I am very goal focussed and have achieved success in my career and relationships but one thing I have admittedly over looked is my health.
I know that with the right tools I would feel more empowered to follow through, in this case the power is kowledge. It is not that I am lazy, very far from it, I just get frustrated when I dont achieve things in an efficient amount of time, I believe that in the past I have had bad information regarding exercise which at times would discourage me though from what I have seen and heard this seems to be a valuable resource and would love to be part of the community, and as a prize winner that would even give me more accountabitlity to achieve the six pack abs I have always wanted!
Thanks and keep up the good work!
Robert // January 12, 2009 at 4:49 am
My goal is to finally reveal my six pack that I’ve had, but never been able to completely show. I do ab workouts, as with my other workouts, very intensely to try and build that lean muscle and lose fat, and I do, but I hit a plateau. This causes my six pack to still be hidden by the fat. It’s important to me because then it will not only prove to myself that I have what it takes to get what I strive for, but in turn will also allow me to have the self confidence boost as well. Finally, what makes me the perfect candidate for the membership is the fact that I will not only use this membership, but I will also help my mother and sisters use it as well to help them get into shape as well. Thanks.

my goal: to be a better me. I want to be happy with my self and look in the mirror and say thats the real me.
why: i have been made fun of before because of my size and now that i started loosing weight it feels awesomee. i want to be the best i can be
and prove all those people wrong.

Tim Clarke // January 12, 2009 at 5:11 am
Goal: To become more fit, build confidence in myself and be able to motivate others along the way.
Why: It is important to me to win this because i need to be around people who are as motivated or need help to build confidence. Also with all my money going to college and others i can never really put any aside for my own trainer or programs I can only go off my own idea of a workout.
What makes me a perfect candidate: I am a very determined and motivated person, I want to help others along my journey as well as myself and share the success. I trust in these programs and will use them not only for myself but for others and promote others to use them.
Thank you for this opportunity.

Wow, amazing tips! Truely imspiring words to go by. These tips I hope will help me and others like me to get into this mode of looking healthy, eating healthy and being in the best phycial condidtion of our lives.
The reason why I think I should win the free giveaway is simple.
I wanna be a role model for other young teens of many different colors, languages, living locations, living conditions and the fact of peer pressure. I want to help support other teens to lose weight and be in the best physical condition of their lives so that maybe they will pass on the knowledge. Also i’d live to help fight off obesity around the globe one step at a time, with helpign to convince young teens to be active, get fit and eat the right foods.
So this is the first step.
Thanks,

Always on the ’round’ side, then some injuries halted my jogging & marathoning several years ago. Changed jobs, requiring me to be away from my family for about 6 mos, I BALLOONED over 20#. Ghastly! Got serious last Ash Wednesday. I’ve taken off the 20#, but am still stuck at 27.5% BF. Arnel has really inspired me, but I work against a slightly arthritic hip (& 62 yrs).
I need the support of this 6packabs group, & really want to give good witness to my son, 13, who had to have surgery on both feet to correct deformities. So he’s never been active, just a desk-potato. I want to model something better for him, inspire him the way Arnel has inspired me.
Also, I know my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, & elsewhere it says the temple has ‘polished corners’ – which I take to mean “well-chiseled”. A trim body with a well-worked Spiritual life is an ideal.
This prize will really help achieve that, & put me in a place to influence & inspire others I have regular contact with. Health of mind, body & spirit ~ something we all need!
DON’T NEGLECT the SPIRIT in your physical pursuits.
Don’t let narcissism take over, & lead to death!
Keep the good balance!
Arnel, you do inspire us all.

Great video, I would like to have this chance to be able to get into the drawing. I see all the useful tips and advice that many members of the website have used and they have gotten great results. I would like to win because being a part of this community will put me in touch with people trying to achieve the same goals as me. I was born with poland syndrome and have suffered from low self esteem. I gained up to 300 lbs in my teenage years. So far I have lost 70 pounds but now that I have turned twenty I feel that I should take off the rest of the fat and begin a new journey in my life. This site will help me to reach my goals.

Arnel, my goal as a high school senior who really is just a “to-himself” type of guy, an average amount of friends (guys who have girlfriends and who are able to talk about them all the time and have six packs, and all the relationship stuff i can’t talk about because i’ve never been in a real relationship) is to have that body that makes girls come to me and not the other way around. I’ve been a third wheel for so long and i’d like to finally, professionally, and scientifically (like you say in your videos) do something about it. Yes i know that is somewhat superficial but let me ask you this: didn’t you ever feel the way i do now? I’m a senior in high school, not in shape, and am attempting to workout but i just don’t have that motivation or that drive to succeed like all my other friends do.
I am probably your yougnest subscriber and I’ll let you know something Arnel, I’M PROUD OF IT!
i’ve gone and worked out with you and your tapes that are free, unfortunately because i have no job which equals no money, and it has shown some great improvement, and for that i sincerely thank you. But sadly, there isn’t any real definition, like the video above said, i need to change up my workouts if i want to achieve that definition.
Winning this is important to me because, well frankly, i’ve never really won anything like this before and i guess you can say i’m not really the luckiest guy around. Sure i’ve got the friend to tell me to “keep going!” and “you can do it!” but both of us can’t seem to get the results that we want.
I’m the perfect candidate for this Arnel because you would be fulfilling a dream for not only me, but for my best friend Kyle as well. We both want to lose the weight, eat right, have amazing bodies, and attain that amazing confidence. So please, when you’re considering who to choose, just read this and think back to your high school/college days, and think about how much easier it would be on me and my best friend if we could achieve the greatness you have so easily achieved.

My goal is to get it straight!!! I have been researching for the past 12 years; trying to find a way of training that will benefit everyone! I own a small personal training business and I spend all my free time researching. BeyondSixPackAbs has amazing information and the best part about it is that it is up to date! I find so much research and routines that are very outdated. I understand that some of the basics still work today but there has to be advances! That’s what life is about. I believe that those who came before would be pist if we are still preaching the same old things they were! I have gained weight, lost weight been jacked and been ripped! I have pushed myself to many extremes for the sake of learning about my body! I would like the chance to continue to learn and use Beyond Six Pack Abs as a vehicle to help me in my search of nothing but knowledge about this great industry that we have chosen to be a part of.
John // January 12, 2009 at 6:25 am
Just continuing to be healthy and trying to look like a champion.
I should win because I will actually use the information and apply it.

Hello,
My goal is to move beyond the physical mediocrity that my body expresses to myself and others, though I am not ashamed of anything.
My energies were required to attend to other facets of life over the years that no longer consume as much of my time and being more physically fit than I am has always been in the back of my mind. I maintain cardio health by outdoor running. I am not totally out of shape but recognize I can most definitely use some additional help by someone with an authentic know-how!
Anyone can see the genuine spirit of guidance and prudent information just by what is shown and given at no charge as well as what is delivered via the email newsletter from this site. 3 years of anytime access and “how-to” direction would truly be, and is, a gift that any one of us would love to have!
It’s important to me because otherwise I would have never searched for the kind of informaton that led me to your site in the first place. In other words, I have the will to find the expert infromation that I need and utilize it to make the changes I’d like to see happen. Simply nothing more and nothing less.
I’m the perfect candidate because I am a prime example of the kind of person this site is intended to help.
Best Regards & Good Luck to everyone!

Hello, i’m 18 years, living in Sweden. I never give in, i never give up when it comes to training, i love blood sweat and tears, i always want to push harder and always look forward not backwards, i’ll maybe have a spot in ufc after some years, but now i’ve finally come across Beyond sicks pack abs and i think it’s the right place for me to seek help, to seek knowledge, to have the feeling “i got everything i need here” But the thing is Arnel, what’s most fair? To give this reward to someone who wants to get the killer body or someone who’s already got it, tough choice hah? Hope you choose wisely man

I’ve been obese my whole life but I started a diet and gymming 5 months ago. My body fat % has dropped from 36 to 28.5! My legs, arms and shoulders are coming on nicely but I’m struggling with my midsection – so I was hoping your site would give me the boost I need to shed the fat from my trouble spot.

I’m 30. I have tried for years to reveal my 6-pack, but no matter how hard I try they stay hidden.
I have started an exercise routine for the new year, but I need something extra to help me achieve my goal of over-all fitness and pumping abs! I can’t afford a gym contract so I do all of my workouts at home using my own body weight and jimmy-rigged gadgets that add resistence to my routines.
So for a poor guy in South Africa, I need something to get me going. I will post images of my progress!!
C’mon! Give a guy a break!!
Cheers, Ryan

What is my goal?
To get my BF% bellow 8%, strengthen up my core for hockey in the winter and beach volley in the summer, and to create a blog after i reach my goals that would help others and motivate them to pursuit their own goals
Why is it important to you?
It is always great to enable your own dreams, but as you grow up, you see, that what is even more satisfying is to enable the dreams of others. With my knowledge and the knowledge i would get from beyondsixpackabs i really think i could make a difference and help people get healthy and get fit.
What makes you a perfect candidate?
I started following arnels progress when he was still in the middle of his “IWSPA” 16week workout and have been a regular guest on the sites and forums ever since. I have been also taking classes about proper nutrition, and have been working out in total for more than 4 years already. (i went from 35% fat and no muscle before to 16% fat and quite enough muscle now )
Thanks

I’ve been doing IWSPA or a couple of week, and I got my 4 pack back. The problem is it’s only 4 pack, the lower abs and the obliques still got lots of fats.
I hope you can show me the door to get rid of them.
Best Regards

My goal is to really shed those unwanted fats and shape my body esp. my mid/torso as to my deisre by using this program. I’m one of those who triedlots of porgram but keep on sliding back to weight gaining habots bcoz the program really not fits me. I believe in the program and it’s really a Killer exercise, it works, it will really shake up ur sleeping muscles, burn ur fats faster and stimulate ur body to increase ur metabolism. It’s important to me because as I acheive my goals, I want to be a perfect example and living proof that IWSPA program really works and also to be able to motivate others. We all have one thing in common…same aspiration, same goals. We all gonna succeed. Im a perfect candidate to win the free subscription simply because I’m willing and very eager to be transformed and religiously will utilize every bit of information, tutorials and tips for me to reach my goal.

I always enjoy your videos. I first found out about your website through youtube and I saw that your workouts are flat out awesome. They aren’t sissy workouts that tell you just a bunch of different kind of ab exercises. I like that it is full body and the workouts are really quick. I like that you really know what you are talking about and you make it so affordable!
The reason I think I should win is because I have always been skinny but never had abs and then I put on a layer of fat that I want to shed and when I shed that I want to have abs. I went from 125 pounds to 165 once I got into an organized workout plan within a year. I would like to keep the muscle but get lean.

My goal is to loose weight and ultimately to gain sic pack abs.
It is important to me because having always been a shy person I feel it will help me gain confidence. As well as this I will be able to prove to myself that even things that seem impossible are achievable.
I think I am the perfect candidate because I always push myself to my limits and beyond them. I also enjoy being a part of a community where people help motivate and encourage each other to achieve there goals.

I just wan to change my lifestyle completely, to not only look and feel good but to live longer. To be able to go swimming and take my shirt off with my kids without feeling embarassed. I have found that there is more negativity when people here you are trying to eat healthy and lose weight(coming mostly from skinny people) so I look for support from the web, especially people like Arnel who has proven himself. I’m doing the 16 week plan from my basement with hardly no equipment and the results are incredible, but my fear is where do I go after the 16 weeks? I just want to say thanks to Arnel for motivating me and providing hope. thanks so much

Hi,
I have always been overweight since my childhood. I had never seen my flat tummy, until i saw Arnel achieve those flat six packs abs in no time. Now achieving that lean look has become my dream and i want to accomplish it in 2009. I have lost some weight using IWSPA but still did not get those six packs. Getting this exclusive membership will help me get it.INSHALLAH.

With best regards.

Hey,
and I know.. I can do it! I decided to do this diet at least till april(4 months) and im doing it now with a workout. After april i will do more workouts, with more power and I know that I can win this achievment as a 17years old guy.
I have a plus 10kg on me since about 3 years, when i was 8 i had a problem whit my feet and i was unable to move for 3 months, during this time i’ve been eating and eating as a little child i didn’t think on the future and just grew more and more. After the 3 months when i was able to walk and run again, i had a +20 kg overweight on my body. About 3 years ago I went to a doctor and he gave me a very strong diet, what i perfectly did for two months and I lost 10 kg’s. By the time i grew up longness too and my outfit isn’t so bad.. IN CLOTHES!
I want to go to the beach with a nice body and wink to girls who are smiling to me

I am the perfect candidate for 3 reasons:
1. I work hard – I realize no 6 pack abs give way actually gives away 6 pack abs. You must work for it – I have followed Arnel’s 16 week challenge, saw MAJOR transformation, and now want to press in further.
2. Because I’ve never had 6 pack abs before and I want them bad!!! Nuff said.
3. Because I’m a vegetarian and want to show up all my nay sayers that vegetarians are weak, thin and gangley. I’m gonna be ripped but I need the Beyond Six Pack Abs forum and website to give me focus and aide.
Arnel, I am telling you: Give me the membership and I’ll give you 6 pack abs.
Thanks,

I just want to lose 20 pound in fat from all over my body. It has been very difficult to lose these pound since my wife got pregnant 7 years ago. My actual weight is 205 my goal is to be between 180-185 and I’m 5′10″ tall. I have try diets but nothing, I gain back what I have lost in less than a month and sometime even more.
Heat // January 12, 2009 at 2:12 pm
That was a great video and great tips, the easiest part of working out are the things you said. My goal is to lose 60 pounds this year and stay fit. The reason why this is important to me is because both my grandparents recently passed away because they were not fit and ended up getting diabetes because they didn’t eat right. I DO NOT want to follow in their footsteps. I can admit for the last year that is what I have been doing. I think my goal is a very achievable goal that I will achieve with hard work dedication and determination. What makes me the best candidate is not one my will, hunger and drive, but if I was to win this great opportunity I would share it with others so other people could become fit and know that if we all come together we can make it happen. It’s peace of mind and a new lease on life. Thanks

I want to be the lucky winner because I’ve been following your program for a while and have seen great results, but still no 6-pack. Since then I’ve been combining some of your techniques with Craig Ballantyne and Vince Delmonte workouts… All you three guys are tremendous source of knowledge for the rest of us. Also, I work for a major company where 70% of the employees are “not fit”, I’d like to setup the example and show to everybody that you can get the body of your dream even if you are the typical Joe or Jane who works at a desk from 8 to 5 and has a family to take care of. I have read and tried many fitness programs upthere and can’t appreciate enough Arnel’s desire to see us succeed! You definitely opened the doors to a new fitness way!

It would be extremely beneficial for me to win the free membership because I could share your knowledge with others and influence many people to adopt healthy active lifestyles. I am also a big advocate for your site and have been spreading the word about how amazing it is for over a year now. Thank you.

By April 1, 2009, I want to drop my weight from 176 to 172 pounds (ht. 6ft.1), build muscle proportionately, and slash my body fat from 13% to to 8% to bring out six-pack abs. Achieving this goal through Arnel’s expert guidance is critical in helping me fulfill my mission to become the best I can be so I can serve others by example.
I’ve been eating lean and working out successfully for close to 2 years, but have yet to achieve and maintain the six-pack look. I am very driven, discplined, and focused, and I will do whatever it takes to achieve my #1 goal and prove to perfect-body seekers that Arnel’s Six-Pack Abs Program is 100% foolproof.

Because after ten years I finally got my (chronic moderate to severe) arthritis under control thanks in part to the Whitaker Wellness Insitute, in NewPort Beach, California. However, I wanted to include a new workout routine totally different what I use to know when I worked out prior to my illness. I went on youtube.com and stumbled on your workout routine by accident. I wish there were more of your workout routine indepth on youtube.com but apparantly they are not. By nominating me your winner I would immediately start using your program right away will enable me to not only get in shape but to speed up the healing (cure) process for my condition. Thank you for having such a contest and good luck to all of us entering this contest. Take care.

No matter how I try I just can’t get the body I want, I take care of myself when I eat, I do cardio but I don’t see any satisfactory results. I believe that if I win this chance to go and see the REAL secrets on how to have a perfect body my body and confidence will change for ever!!! all I need is someone to tell me how to work out and I think this website has everything I need. Why should I win the giveaway? I am not a model, I do not aspire to be a model, and I don’t want a fit body to impress others. If I wanted girls to flock to me, I would focus more on being filthy rich. Truth is, I am not happy with my level of fitness, and I want to be fit so I change that. If girls dig that, it’s a plus.

Hey Guys,
I would want to make a point here as i have a chance to …
This guy “Arnel” Rocks and when i say that i really mean it from bottom of my heart .
If you are looking to loose weight very fast like about 10 pounds in a week there is 1 way to do thatbut you should not do that for a long period ,But it defenitely works..
its called the GM diet ,You can look for that in the internet ..
Thanks

I would like to win this because I think your plan is really simple and fast. Without complication I could change my body and, this way, live thorougly: Doing things that I can’t do now.
Snuff // January 12, 2009 at 5:28 pm
My goal is to lose 50lbs while gaining muscle at the same time.
I’d like to win as encouragement and motivation to get started and keep it up. It’s important to have that drive.
Priyam Malhotra // January 12, 2009 at 5:43 pm
Hi
My goal is to get an amazing physique with six pack abs which i could flaunt and most importantly live healthy and be healthy.
Being healthy and having six pack abs is really important for me as it gives me a sense of satisfaction about myself. A mental and physical happiness which is very well reflected in one’s daily life. It’s not just a great shaped body but a healthier happier soul which will be within it.
I am the perfect contender for the membership as i am dedicated towards my health. I realized last year how important it is to be healthy and since then i have transformed myself. At 5′4 and 18 years old i weighed 88kg. I started my weight loss regime on 14th Feb 2008 and Have reached 70KG(154pounds) everyone around me my family especially were really unsupportive in the beginning. But i made them realize the importance of healthy living and thus made my mom also join a gym and do regular exercise and my dad also. Now a fat guy who my college pals used to ridicule is a fitness expert. But all my weight loss was by High Intensity Interval cardio and it made my skin to loose. After taking 21 day trial membership i was amazed by the programs you have and started strength training and saw my body getting more in shaped. Withing 1 week of the strength training people were amazed how my looks and body structure changed. So i want to be with the program. But am from India and $1 is ~ 50INR and the whole program is too expensive for a college non earning student like me. I thus want to transform myself and also support my family and friends who are also understanding healthy living because of my initiative.
Thanks

Great program! Great workouts! Greta tips! I am 45 years old man, 5′10, 195 lbs, father of 3 teenage boys. Rather then preaching to them I have decided to be a great example and an inspiration so I took the challenge to have 6 pack abs by this summer. Not to mention that my wife (incredibly beautiful women) would appreciate that as well. Only one problem, how to do it???? How to stay consistent? How to stay motivated? I can’t fail my boys! I hope that the memberships to your website would help me to achieve that goal. Thanks,

Arnel
First let me thank you for freely publishing all the valuable info. You could have kept it to yourself, but you chose not to. Also, it is respectable that you put your career on the line and you recorded and documented it all.
This is why I should win the free three year membership:
Like you I was in good shape until I got too busy. I was going to school for electrical engineering, which was a very demanding curriculum, being a father to my daughter (who is 8 now), being a husband, taking care of family, and dealing with my house which was falling apart. So I had to let something go. That ended up being my health. Now I am 5”6’ and 200 pounds. I knew the basics of working out and how I should have been eating, but I was to busy and overwhelmed to apply any of this. So I gave up and ate whatever whenever and worked out whenever I could.
Now I am out of school and very motivated. I am finally settling into a more normal schedule. I have started working out but I need help. I need your help. I have looked at a lot of other programs, but they will not be able to help me as much because most of them require you to go to a gym. You, on the other hand, work out right in your own house. I have almost all the equipment I can see in your personal gym and I do have all the equipment I see you use (including the paint cans) in your videos. This is why I need you as my trainer.
I also have another motivation for getting in shape and wanting that free membership, I have a new baby boy. He is 4 month old now. I want to be in the best shape of my life by the time he is walking. And I want to stay that way because I know be is going to be a physically demanding child. Most boys are. They want to run around and play all the time. And then there’s all the sports. I work with a youth group on Sundays and I know first hand how demanding boys are physically. I also don’t want my son growing up thinking it is ok to be fat and out of shape (or my daughter for that matter). I am 33 years old and I am hoping by 34 that I will be in the best shape of my life. I am hoping you will be the one to direct me in my quest. I figure if you choose me then I am going to be obligated to get in shape just because of the free membership (among other reasons). Accountability will help me. I could write a book about why I should get the free membership (well I guess I already started one) but I am hoping this is enough information to help you in making your decision. Thanks for your time Arnel.

why should i gt the free membership? well i love seeing your videos theyre easy to follow and great workouts. i love to workout it makes me feel like ive achieved something. i am in decent shape pretty strong somewhat toned but i want to look and feel better for myself.. im a martial arts instructor and i use alot of your workouts for the students in my classes. so getting a free membership will really extend my knowledge and my own physical fitness. thats why i would like the free membership…. thnx frank
Justin // January 12, 2009 at 6:16 pm
Why should I, out of everybody else who has posted, win this free membership to “Beyond Six Pack Abs”?
I have never had the body that I have wanted. I have never waken up, taken a shower, then looked in the mirror without criticizing some part of my body. I am not horribly obese, but I have a spare tire hanging around my midsection that has been on my mind for years, not to mention stubborn fat elsewhere that is inhibiting my goal of having a ripped, defined body.
I am 19 years old. I have years and years ahead of me to live with a body that I have in mind. I have never excelled at anything physical. I have played sports since I was 3, and always been the 2nd or 3rd string player. I do not lift the most out of my group of friends, I do not run the quickest 40, I do not have the most muscle mass.
But enough with the pity.
The primary reason why I should have this membership is that I CAN CHANGE THE BODY I HAVE.
Along the lines of my quest for an ideal body, I have been distracted and led astray, because of the way we live. I get distracted by my part-time work schedule, which I have to plan my workout schedule around. I get distracted by university, when during midterm or finals time, sometimes I don’t even have time to sleep.
When I saw the video promoting this new site, I saw how organized it was. I loved the various workouts and diets that were offered, and the best part was that it was updated regularly. You’re not stuck with the same old stuff, different day.
I can be your poster boy for success. My body now is even less flattering than the ever-so-popular picture of Arnel’s before-and-after when he is holding the newspaper.
I can guarantee that I will change my body drastically, stick to your diets religiously, and make the gym my priority. Because, as you have said so much, you get out what you put in.
If I am chosen, I will document my overall progress — my diet, my workouts, my mindset, my attitude — on video and upload it weekly. I will show the readers and skeptics in real-time progress how they can become fit.
I hope you make the right decision.
Ready to get ripped,
Justin

Hi arnel and Six Pack Abs members/crew
I’m a 16 year old boy from belgium. (Go belgium!
The reason why I would like to win the free membership is:
About a 2years ago i picked up boxing, because i really liked it alot. I wanted to step up to national lvl as soon as possible, but I didn’t really seem to find a good workout scheme that combines powertraining with cardio(conditon training, dont really know the english word: that you can keep going longer)
My main goal is to first get to be the amateur champion of europe. As it is going now that will be realized in about a year(since i got a title match comming up if i win the next match). But not only my coach told me I should start getting powertraining going (because im more a technician then a ko’er in boxing terms) but also because having nice and healthy showing muscels is pretty intimidating, as i experienced myself as i first entered the boxing ring.
I think the few video on youtube from you, Arnel, already helped me alot since I used training with bodylastics to train my jab(you know the punch
But i would like to get full advantage of your workouts, and maybe I could be a good image for your workout schemes when I can lift myself to pro boxing ranks in europe
(Yes about boxing, i’m liek a little boy in a candystore
Well, the last thing i can say is that i hope i really win the free membership price

I am 41 years old I always been able to maintain my weight and muscle naturally but since I hit 35 it has gotten harder and harder I’ve gone from a 30 in waist to a 34 and they are starting to get tight. I have 5 kids so spending time at the gym is out of the question and I have no money left for buying expensive equipment. My doctor recently found blood clots in 2 of the 3 veins in my liver with no explanation as to why. The full body benefits that would be gained by preforming the 6packabs routines would help prolong my life and help me demonstrate to my children how important it is to stay fit.
Jade Gouge // January 12, 2009 at 7:20 pm
my goal is to have the best abs that anyone has ever seen and show off my hard work to everyone and prove to them that anyone can get the same result.
this goal is very important to me because looking fit and feeling healthy gives off a positive vibe to everyone. Plus if you look good your friends around you are going to want to look good too, so why not pass it on.
i think im a perfect candidate because i work hard and suffer the pain to get the results i want. i help people out if they want to look fit and plus my abs are way beyond a six pack.

hey Arnel..
my name is Andrei, i’m a 17y.o boy. i’m from Portugal, so, i apologise for my bad english.. I’ve seen your progress video and, i know that a lot, A LOT of motivation and self-sacrifice is needed to acheve what you’ve acheaved… i’m gonna start with beeng really honest with you.. i’m not an unfit person, i was once so, i know it’s hard.. my work is almost all done so, probably, there’s a lot of people who need your free membership more than me.. But, i said almost for a reason, is that, for YEARS, and i mean it, for years i’ve tried to have ripped, good looking and defined abs.. i think i lost hope by now.. is that i just can’t get rid of the last bit of fat that covers my abs.. i’ve done it all. you can’t imagine.. but it’s still there.. i have big abs, i just can’t see them properly.. it’s so frustating =(.. i hope you can help me acheaving my goal as you acheaved yours.. Thank you anyway
from a BIG fan

Alejandro Alvarez // January 12, 2009 at 8:45 pm
Hey Arnel:
My name is Alejandro Alvarez, I live in Mexico City and I think i should win, because of the following reason:
I was always an athletic person, I used to be really fit, but three-four years ago I started having back problems because of a big car accident I was involved in (I wasn´t driving) and after this I had to go to have back surgery and haven´t been able to start training again. Mainly because I had to take lots of rehab hours just to walk again, my DR told me that in order to avoid a second surgery I HAD to start working out to have enough strength to avoid this. I think this will give me the necesary boost, to be in shape again.
Thanks

Ken // January 12, 2009 at 9:09 pm
Hi there, I would love to win! I have been working out for about 15 years and have resorted to the belief that with my body type, I will never be able to obtain six pack abs. Now I am facing a personal challenge in that I am preparing my body for a new career in which I will have to be in peak physical shape. I can use all the help I can get!
Sammy // January 12, 2009 at 9:52 pm
I think that if I won, it would be the most awesome. I have been working out alot and loss weight thanks to arnel’s website. Faster too! but i syill got alot of fat that i need to burn. Everyone here is lazy and If i could get a six pack, so can they. Being fit is everything. Just like arnel and bruce lee. nobody wants to be fat or a drunky. Its bad for you. Thats why i think i should win.
Jon // January 12, 2009 at 9:54 pm
Hey. I’ve been a great fan of your videos! Being a student, I can’t afford to buy the expensive equipments and information. Arnel, your website has been a source of vital information for all of my workouts, whether it’d be HIIT or low-rep muscle gain or high-rep muscle toning. From http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com to http://www.mensworkoutguide.com, I’ve been utilizing your free resources thoroughly; compared to where I had been, results are great. In the fall, I was 145 and skinny; now, 155 and athletic. By the spring, I’d like to acheive the level of results like you, Arnel. I trust your methods! It works! I’m going to school in California next year, and I want to achieve results and show it off. It’d be awesome to keep getting better; I already rave about your websites to all my friends as well as use Bodylastics to do all my work outs at home. Well, it’s been a pleasure, and I hope I can achieve more with the NEW BEYOND SIX PACK ABS BLOG!
Jeff // January 12, 2009 at 10:23 pm
Hello, I started working out for the first time about four months ago following Arnel’s free workout plan on mensworkoutguide.com, I started this because a few years back I developed a sciatica problem due to a sliped disc in my lower back. It caused me “A LOT” of pain. Even a couple years after the disc healed I still had a lot of back pain and sciatica problems, keeping from doing the things I loved most, snowboarding, and biking. I was gaining a lot of weight, because I didn’t feel like I could do anything active without my back killing be. After finishing the “look like Brad Pitt from fight club,” workout my back pain went away and was able to snowboard for the first time in 3 years last weekend. I still have some weight to loose and the stubborn stomach fat is hiding the six pack I have worked so hard to get. So my goal is to loose the rest of the fat and put me into the even better shape than where I was before the injury. I am fully motivated to the cause and I have already experienced some of Arnel’s techniques so I know they work, and I think this is what makes be the perfect candidate for the free 3 year membership.

I have been constantly fighting with my weight. I am not obese but not in the best shape. I am in the military and have always been just over the line when doing our PT test. I need some sort of guidance and help with proper routines and a change of diet in order to actually feel good about the way I look in uniform.

Hey Arnel:
I recently had knee surgery on march 5, 2008 and and ever since that painful experience I have never backed down from anything. I lost 20 pounds working out to get back in good physical shape, and at this point my confident level is at the highest it will ever be. I think it would be an awesome experience if I won and it wouldn’t be a bad decision. I love your videos and I am on a mission to get six pack abs

Hey
My goal like the rest of us on the site is to get great abs, but not just that I want to succeed, I have been working out for 3 years I run I ride I do a lot of cardio and a little weight training.
Why I am 36 years old and I have worked my arse off to try and acheive my goals but I still carry that last bit of flab in the areas I don’t want flab, their are times I wonder if all the hard work is worth it? then I realise of coarse it is for my self estem, for my mental health, for my body, but it would be nice to see the results I want
What makes me the perfect candidate, well their is one major difference, I am a Mum! I love what I see on your site and would love the chance to give it a real try.
Cheers janine

Hi Arnel & Geovanni,
Why should I win a free membership to the New 6-pack Abs…?
Because I am ready! I’ve procrastinated for too many years. I want and need to rid myself of this FAT!
I need to surround myself with motivated and encouraging peeps to help me get my 6-pack! I know that I need to be accountable! The power of community baby!
I have the head knowledge. I need to apply… this is where you guys & gals can help me.
I definitely need your input on what to eat. And what not to eat. Stuff that is working for you. And stuff that will work for me. Real results for real people.
I need MENTORS! I need to be a part of a community that’s on the same Journey as I am. Let’s totally commit to helping each other achieve these used-to-be-unbelievable results!
It’s 2009, I’m ready for mine! It’s my year to shine!
You’re right it is MY TURN for 6-pack ABS!
I want to shed at least 35 pounds of FAT & gain some lean muscle. Be flexible. Be strong. Get healthy. My heart needs it. My bowels need it. And my future wife will thank you all for giving her the gift of my 6-pack ABS(maybe I’ll have the 8-pack ; P)…
Thanks &
God Bless,
Yoon

Hey guys,
there are several reason why I am the one to win this competition:
I bet with a girl, that I will have a great six pack at our “Abiball”( I guess it´s like prom in America) so it´s my goal to get great ABS!
I´m training 6 days a week and there are no results since one and a half year. The reason why I´m the right member is because I´m active.
And the last reason is that I really would like to be more confident and I really wish to get more confidence with Arnel´s help. That´s why it is very important for me to win this “competition”
Best Wishes from Germany

Well, my goal is to have six pack abs, of course, but it doesn’t matter how hard it gonna be, I will do it. Important things to me are to feel and to be better and better every day.
I don´t know if I deserve to get the free access, but I think I won’t loose the chance of learn more about training if I win.

Hi Arnel,
I just want to thank you for the iwantsixpackabs website, I am a new member. It was by sheer luck that I came across it because I was unaware of what you have achieved and the fact that you are sharing this with us. I’ve struggled with my weight three times in my life (this being the third) and even when I lost weight and “appear” to be slim I never had the “shape”. I have no problem with putting in the time at the gym. I can run hard and I have the will power for diet as well, but I’ve never ever got the balance right and I’ve never found anybody that could guide me the right way because I need guidance. I’m 33 now but still look and feel young. I’ve swore to myself that I will get six packs abs. I can’t go through life without this experience and the satisfaction of achieving this goal. I am just about to complete week 2 of your 16 week program and I’m totally committed to it. When I first read your comments about putting in effort on lots of Cardio but not getting the desired results, I just laughed because I said this is what I am doing… I have an ability to lose weight fast, but that is not enough. I am following the programs and eating carefully. I prefer to lose it the right way and finally get the “shape”. I don’t know if I will get there in 16 weeks or not but I do know that this program makes sense. I can feel the intensity on my body when I’m working out which gives me a high and pushes my motivation to an even higher level. I look forward to reaching the 16th week and seeing the difference between the day I started versus the day that I complete this program. One thing is for sure, I will not stop there and will keep going and if I get a six pack in 16 weeks great if not I’ll get it anyway because this is the right way to do it. You have really given me the hope I needed and I can’t thank you enough for that!
Yildirim

hey, im a personal trainer myself, and have used many of arnels ideas for my own clients which has led me to have the edge over my competition. not only this but i do use his ideas on myself and they really work! as arnel was my own role model, i took all his information on board, took notes, and now i have become a role model to others from the gym i work at! my favourite ab work out is with a resistance band, it really works the core and you can see the definition from the swelling almost immediately! my clients enjoy it just as much!

The video was a great insight in addition to the illustration videos on You Tube and emails i receive from him often.
I appreciate Arnel’s input as it has given me sense of direction; more importantly I started off slow and unnoticed and now a source of inspiration for colleagues and friends for direction in not just getting a six pack but changing their well being.
In conclusion, membership from Arnel would be great encouragement however what he has offered this far exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Arnel.

Look at all you guys kissing arnels backside ….
My Goal ? :
To have a well toned body capable of concurring any obstacles in my way during life or a sport activity + To impress the girls, Ya know …
Why Is It Important To Me ? :
Its very important, Since I don’t want to be the guy with the goofy glasses and overweight, I would rather want to be the guy who stands out when your at teh pool.
Plus, I have a moderate serve acne, So I want people to look at the packs instead of my acne =[
Perfect Candidate ? :
Yeh, Maybe, I’m all ways willing to learn and this would be a great way of doing so .

Hello and thanks for the chance.
My goal is to LIKE WHAT I SEE when I LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR. I’m tired to admire people with a fit, good looking physique. I’m going to be one of them.
What’s important to me? Being healthy, energized, strong (I do rock climb and ski touring and arnel’s plans are helping me there, a GREAT lot!) and being fucking attractive, by the way!
And *I* am the perfect candidate for Beyond Six Pack abs because I have BALLS. Arnel commands, I obey. No questioning, no dummy excuses, NEVER.
